And an accident eastbound on the schuylkill, right at girard avenue, involving a tractortrailer, everybodys offer to the side, but it is a tight squeeze, because hes like right on that shoulder there. Some of these, a lot of these workers, come to work every day with safety issues baggage handlers, and they dont have the proper training. So these workers, you know, come here every day, they want to be able to support their families. They cant even do that with what the law actually says to get paid at least 12 an hour. You say at least the thirds time. Dot workers feel like theyre getting anywhere, having these strikes, going on strike . The work theyve done see a win, but some of these subcontractors have not abided, every time the city does something well, city counsel does something to help these workers out, these subcontractors somehow always trying to find a loophole how to get around it. How long will these workers remain on strike . Right now, you know, we have it all, out here, saying theyll be out here for one day, theyre not trying to put anything in jeopardy. They want to be at work today. They dont want it disrupt anything. But they need a pension, because these subcontractors, you know, intimidate them every time theyre setting up for their own right.
