Absolutely. How do you resolve it then because the president of the United States is constitutionally can nominate someone and he said he will do it. Yes. But then what has to happen after that with the the senate. Well, a according to the constitution the senate has a constitutional duty to provide advice and consent to the president. There is no specific table that are set forth in the constitution but one assumes because the president has for years and his terms that in fact unfolds in due course according to sort of normal timetable. Has any president ever had three nominations in their term. Yes, i believe way back. President obama has had two, george w. Bush had two as well. That is correct. So, now what do we do . Because the republicans already said during the debates, were not even going to bring it up in the senate and they control the senate. It looked like a dead lock all the way. The democrats have in cards except maybe politically if you can shake a few republicans into making the vote. I think shame is probably the right word. Justice scalia was very faithful to the test of the constitution and there is nothing in the constitution that suggest that the senate has to have the prerogative of avoiding the constitution and providing if by conn event. Usually were used to the typical, prominent person and you move on but she wrote i saw this same approach in the way newspapers reported on black History Month. At sign. Felt only try, arbitrary. Then now getting older i found that myself and my sons and other black people we had all these major moments where we would learn something outside of school about black history that we wish we would have learned in school and had we learned it, it would have complete thely change our world view you. It is like when you go to school there are cookie cutter ways of how black History Month goes. You are trying to combat that by saying, there is so much more out there we could be learning. Black history is so rich, so expansive and is there so much that we do not touch on. We always kind of stick to the same certain figures, and that is great, but is there so much more to learn. Exactly. Some of the subjects i highlighted they came in and they said growing up i wanted to necessity we were slaves, we were freed, we invented peanut butter, Martin Luther king and then obama.
