This was a fire scene five years ago. We were talking about another building on fire caused by somebody who intentionally started it. So, here in camden we are back in again. This is so smokey today and still three hours after it was first called in at four and then people in philadelphia thought something on their block was on fire because were only four blocks off the Delaware River right across the street from center city and the start of the south philadelphia. So, still a whole lot of smoke. You can still see flames kicking backup through this third floor corner window. That tells you how suburb this thing is. That is why they have that ladder hose, way up there three or four stories up spraying water down on the building now because danger wasnt from the fire or from this heavy thick smoke but from these bricks that kept tumbling down. Police say a 56 yearold man shot the victim in the head in the 4500 block of torresdale avenue. The the victim was pronounced dead just before 10 30. Police say the shooter turned himself in at the scene. Police are trying to figure out a met i have there. Also in north philadelphia, police say they have fired at an armed suspect along the 2200 block of north ninth street, the suspect ran, but was later caught by police without being hurt. Incident happened just before 11 00 last night. No word on why police were called to the scene in the first place. Police releasing Surveillance Video that they will hope will lead them to the robbery suspect this guy apparently praying on the elderly. We are also hearing from police that a 86 yearold man attack on july 1st is still in the hospital today. They are recovering from their injuries. It was yesterday that Police Released Surveillance Video of the man believed to be behind these attacks. Police say his mo is the same. Walks in, pinpoints an elderly person. Fans asked a teller to break him some change so it looks like he has a reason to be there. He is back, following them to his home wheres tax and robbed them of their cash. Q life with the beach haven beach patrol to learn what is going on in saving a life. Before we get there to, 300 angleside avenue because we have viewers wondering where you are, so they can head down and visit. Yes, this band right here, i will be playing with them later but life guard headquarters is amazing down here. I have chief mike morris, mike, you guys have been saving lives down here all summer long. How many people have you saved so far. Over 300. Over 300. What is most common thing people forget about the water. Just how dangerous, that there are rip currents affect by lose pressure system that go off, wind, tides, the amount of water. On shore flow. You have some of your guys, out here and we will train, you guys will do a line rescue, what does that consist of. It consists of multiple victims in the water. We have one guard that will whim out, stabilize victim and send other guard in and save sometime and make things safe. Can we demonstrate the line rescue. Matt, go ahead. So matt will take the can. He is our initial rescuer. He will go out, gather up victims in a nice secure spot and get them and make sure everybody is okay and send our second guard in with the line. It is very organization rescue attempt right here. Right. You have four or five people on this one line. Absolutely, that will depend on the manpower and how many victims in the water. Tricky thing is that line presents drag so you have to have a strong swimmer and we always go in with fins. With the current today, currents today are, pretty vicious out there. We have a strong north to south current so it is sweeping. That line is boeing to the south and it makes it more can i for him to swim straight out. You need to be in good physical condition, a good strong sense of the water also. I can come out here. Right. And what would my position be. When we get the signal from the guy on the line he will give hand on his head and that will mean start pulling. You will time as the swell comes in the wave comes in you will pull hanover hand and everybody else, making sure victim stay on the can. One arm also up you will stop pulling. They are trying to say he painted over the mold i walls and therefore they could in the recognize it. Inspector could not recognize it. If they can prove that they have a case begins him in the just for damages but punitive damages. How do you prove that. That is the difficult thing. Inspector comes in and inspects your house. They are only responsible for things that are easily able to be seen. They dont to have chip away at paint, to see if there is mold under the paint. Inspector here would not be on the hook. Key shawn would be on the hook if he painted over it but then you have to get mold experts to come in and exactly what you guys have said to find out how old the mold is, to determine whether it was there before. They said it was in the master bedroom and kid were sleeping in there and they never would have done that. It is an interesting thing on get experts into see how licensing this mold has been around. To talk about that if he had been out of the house for a in or two months and maybe a pipe that broke or Something Like that are they completely out of luck because they cannot pin it on him. That is a good point. He said there was a pipe break in the interim after he moved out and before they moved in and that must be what caused the mold. From my understanding of mold which is no the that huge it takes longer than that for mold to form but if that is the case, caused by break in the pipe, he will not be on the hook. Could they go after the person responsible for the break in the pipe . Theoretically. You are talking about large money damage is here. They will try to find somebody to go after. People in the dealing with large money damages, people that have a house they bought or selling that has mold. What do they do if they find out that they have this problem. If you are the seller, you have to sign off on a disclosure sheet, in delaware, pennsylvania and new jersey that specifically says there is no mold in your house. You also to have say there is in water leakage that could lead to mold in your house. You have to admit that. Absolutely, if you dont you will be held responsible if later on the buyer finds mold.
