Police say the stolen car is a is a gray pontiac. The victim is in stable condition. And there is another 23 year old man now in stable condition after police say he was shot, this one happened just before midnight on the 4700 block of girard avenue. Police say this victim was walking with a friend, when they got into some kind of altercation, dispute with another guy, who took out a gun. That victim was shot once in the back side. Police are looking for the shooter. Now, to another developing story. This is from feltonville. There was deadly shooting, but police say it is what happened as the victim lay dying that makes this more disturbing. It is what the shooters did. Steve keeley can explain what happened. Steve . Because, police tell us, as we look at the video, people who live here on nettler a street, saw the man getting held up first, then they watched him get shot. And because he may have resisted or didnt hand overall he had fast enough, witnesses then told police these two killers shoot him at 8 30, then after he goes down, bleeding and taking his last breaths on the street, they rifle through his pocket taking what he had in them. And they didnt take the bottle of red colored soft drink you see lying on the street that may have just bought at a local convenience store, and then may have just watched him likely buy. And that may be where they saw his cash, credit cards and wallet. One other thing, police say they found, near the 31 year old shooting victims body, an i. D. , they say, is not the victims id. And they may be looking for that guy, right now, obviously, to see if it was another earlier robbery victim, or if stupidly, karen, one of these killers dropped it and left the killers id right on the scene that would lead police to the murderers, and maybe one of their easiest cases ever in their history to solve. As you mentioned earlier, we see guys that rob banks, leave their wallet on the bank counter, so this is has happened before. But hopefully it happened again, because police need to solve this case for sure. Police are speaking with a person of interest, they say, in a very violent home invasion. They say there was a guy who broke into a house over in east Chestnut Hill avenue on saturday. Heres what happened. He had a gun police say. He forced a man to stay in one place, then ordered his wife, who is 56 years old, to get out of bed. He sexually assaulted her. Police say at some point, the attacker put the gun down and the woman grabbed it, and she tried to shoot him. But the gun didnt fire. The attacker got away, taking the womans keys, wallet, phone, and car. And we now know the name of an armed man who died in a policeinvolved shooting. It happened in delaware. Police say the man is 60 year old bruce, at endburger, died sunday. Heres what investigators say happened. Friends called them saying that ought on blurring err was distraut, they say he refused to drop his weapon, and point it at his own head. The question is who pays for it, over and over again through the Campaign Candidate trump said that he would force mexico to pay for the wall. Now, the administration has argued that eventually mexico will pay. But for now, it looks like it will be us taxpayers. Hes also expected to go after sanctuary cities, cities refuse to cooperate with the feds in terms of enforcing board err laws, and the authority, or the stick that the federal government would wield, would be to cut off federal funds. Now, we dont know exactly how that is going to play out, how that enforcement mechanism will play out. But the idea here is to get some of these big cities to Start Playing ball with federal enforcement of the nations immigration laws. Were one of those cities.
