Allentown School District will also be closed, activities all canceled there. And the easton area School District will be operating on two hour delay today, and tomorrow, bethlehem schools will be open but parents are warned to expect some delays. Lets get right to the developing story out of chester. Two dead, two hurt, two separate shootings in delaware county, both shootings happen within hours of one another. Now, Chester Police say they fawn 31 year old man dead inside a car, on 16th and upland streets around 45 00 last night. Witnesses reported seeing a man running from the car after the shooting. Meanwhile, about an hour later, shots fired on the 1100 block of morton avenue. This all started when firefighters working nearby trash fire heard gunshots, and then witness add car speeding away. Well when Police Arrived they found three people with gunshot wounds, taken to crozerchester medical center. A 27 year old man died after being shot in the back. And coming up on 5 04, also developing for this morning, Police Investigating two attempted child child luring incidents in south jersey. Seeing if the two may be connected, jenny joyce live in each sean township with more on this disturbing store. I it is disturbing, lauren, chris. One of these incidents happened here in evesham. The other incident happened in oakland, new jersey. And police are saying regardless, of whether or not these two are related, they want people to be aware and on the lookout for anything suspicious, so the Evesham Township Police, they did release Surveillance Video of a vehicle that they believe was involved in the attempted luring. This was from a private Surveillance System everyone of the residents in the neighborhood t shows a dark colored sedan. That police believe, again, was used in the luring. Both of these attempted child lurings happened back on january 16th. And happened about a half hour apart from one another. 4 30 p. M. And 5 00. Police say the evesham township luring happened in the sanctuary neighborhood near a playground off of peter heard way. It showed a ten and 11 year old boy were approached. We talked to cousin and brother of one of the victims. We are concealing his identity. The teen says this is extremely concerning but the children knew how to handle the situation. They came here, told my parent and the parent called the police. What were your parent reply . Startled, shaken, because we dont expect it. It comes out of no where. It is very, very hard thing to kind of wrap your head around first. Then you realize okay, it happened, we need to sit ooh ate things. Oakland incident, six year old boy, his friend, approached by two people in a car. One of the boys told moms told us the children were outside playing football on manor avenue when a dark colored vehicle pulled up and the people inside spoke softly offering candy, and fun if the boys got into the car. So these two cases are a remind tear talk to your children about stranger danger. Again, both Police Departments are investigating, working together, to see whether or not the two incidents could be connected, and if you have any information, you are urged to call police. Jen, police want to know of course with the proximity and time willing if theyre related. Whats the latest word on that . Yes, well, at this point we still dont foe for sure. What happened here in evesham township, but the first one happened in oaklyn, new jersey, about 15 miles apart, and about a 30 minute drive. So police are still trying to figure out whether or not that was feasible, but regardless, they want par dont pay pay attention, listen, warn your children. He said he was aware whatever to do, what not to do beforehand. He was a little confused at the time, because he didnt know what was going on. And now hes more aware of what to do in the future. So as you heard that mom say both oaklyn and evesham Police Departments also say the suspect offering the children candy and invited them to hop into the car to have fun in both cases the male in the vehicle was described as white male, in his 60s or 70s, with white hair and glasses. Also, there is believed to be a female passenger. I police say the man has hit at least three stores in recent weeks. Ordering customers and workers it the back rooms then tying them up.
