They burst into the bedroom of a 51 year old man, while he was sleeping, they pointed guns to his head, then gagged him with a shirt and tide him up with a electrical tape. They stole a tv and cash, all while the mans 52 year old wife and their ten year old grandson, were in another bedroom. They hid under a bed during the robbery. Police were called and when they arrived they had to untie the victim. They entered, and a alleyway, and broke the glass to the door of the first floor apartment. Entered the property. He was asleep in a bedroom when he was awoke end by two guns pointed to his face. They tide him up. They tide him with electrical cords. His wrists behind his back. They also gagged him by tying what appears to be abut on down shirt around his mouth. Then they proceeded to rob the location. The wife and the ten year old grandson were in another bedroom. And they were hiding under the bed. They dont know whether or not the perpetrators new they were in the house. Tropical storm joaquin, 70mile an hour wind getting pretty close to hurricane status which is 74 miles an hour, heres the projected path of this storm. Now there is big cone here, we call that the cone of uncertainty, so it could go little closer to the coast it, could go further away from the coast, but the clearest path that we have so far, puts it toward our area by the end of the weekend, pretty close, now, to the jersey shore, to the delaware beaches, and at that point, it could be a category one hurricane. But again, a lot of uncertainty with this forecast, as we look at all of the various Spaghetti Models we call them, because each one has projected path. Meet until the middle, come one previous path we showed you a lot of this em have landfall of this storm around, North Carolina, so, again, well get this together probably over the next couple of days. Look for scattered shower, throughout the rest of the morning, throughout the rest of the day, as well. And we noticed through, i dont know if you can see back to the side street there, doesnt really go you have too far through the side street, but as we keep going here there is one lane on southbound long beach boulevard, completely covered, same true across the way, one of the lanes in the other direction, covered up there, too, pretty good. But the side street, same thing, side street arent too bad. So the flooding here, we dont see many crews out dealing with this. We see some cones that are marking all of this weather. We saw some cops driving by, look like they were maybe taking survey whatever was happening. But clearly some flooding on the side of the roads here in long beach island.
