Two people, including a teenager, killed, after a triple shooting it happened in the philadelphia. Lets get right over to Police Headquarters with jenny joyce is with the latest, jenny . Good morning, karen, thomas, the second time this week, that weve had a teen shot and killed earlier we reported a 14 year old kill before een graduated from eighth grade. Now, a 17 year old, shot and killed, as part of a triple shooting that happened around 11 00 last night on the 1300 block of rush street in north philadelphia. When Police Arrived, they found two victims on the grounds, with gunshot wounds to their torso and chest. Both males, 117 years olds, the other in mid 20s, returned to Temple University hospital where they died. Police say while they were investigating, a third victim from the scene showed up at temple hospital with a gunshot wounds to the arm. He is in stable condition. Police say the shooters road up on bikes, began firing several shots, down rush street, they road off, police say, it is unclear which of the three victims may have been an intended target. Based on balistic evidence, we know that there were numerous shots fired. We found multiple spent shell casings, at the intersection of 13th and rush street. Most of these shell casings were just feet away from where the two victims were laying. So it appears that the shooters fired shots from close proximity at these victims. We dont know which of the three victims were the intended target. Police dont have a motive for the shooting right now but theyre continuing to gather evidence including video in nearby surveillance cameras, and told right now homicide detective are here inside of Police Headquarters talking with witnesses. It is 4 00 five, 18 year old in Police Custody facing charges for the attempted murder every his own sister, just seven years old, horrifying story. We did tell you about it yesterday on good day t began when a mom called police to report that her teen son had stole answer car from the 5500 block of north american street. When police got out there, thats when they found a seven year old little girl unconscious in the basement floor, with a bag over her face. The officers performed cpr on the child all the way to the hospital. She is on life support. They say her brother stole their mothers car, and took off. He turned himself in by locking himself into a police car. Time now 4 06. Prosecutors Camden County say they will retry 23 year old david creato in the death of his three year old son, brendan, the jury in the trial, deadlocked. After five days of deliberations, the jury could not reach a unanimous decision. They also couldnt agree on the lesser charge of endangering the welfare after child prosecutors charge creato with killing his son in october of 2015. They believe he murdered his son to help his relationship with his then teenage girlfriends. But they had no eyewitnesses, no clear cause of death, and only circumstantial evidence. Djs upset. I mean, he wanted to go home today. He wanted to be with his family. He hasnt seen his family in person other than in the courtroom for a year and a half. It is heart breaking for all of them. Brendan creato would have turned five years old today. His mother was in court yesterday. And has not commented on the mystery. It will be day two of the trial of the man accused of keeping a dozen girls in his home and sexually assaulting many of them. Yesterday testified in the lee kaplan trial. Prosecutors say she and her husband daniel gave their daughters to kaplan, including one who he impregnated twice. Her mother told the jury she new about the Sexual Activity but believed it could have been a good thing, according to investigators, because of financial reasons. And this morning, investigators are trying to figure out what caused a window barber to fall to his death. It happened yesterday, at the cherry hill towers, on route 38, where he was working. There is video of the scene. Building pretty tall, 13 stories high, we dont know what caused the accident and the victims identity has not yet been released. Some pretty shocking video from Armed Robbery happened up in north philadelphia. The victims at a food truck when all the sudden, my gosh, two guys come up, they have a gun, they shove him, this was last thursday, the scene the 400 block every west hunt inning park avenue. Obviously a struggle. They get away with the victims phone. If you know who either every those individuals may be, please, call police. Pennsylvania man is charged, facing charges, for drunk dialing 911. Police say 51 year old larry kaiser from Lehigh County called 911 over and over again, because he was lonely, and just wanted someone to talk to. So a random crime of opportunity, a guy walking the streets with a knife in search of an easy target it is what detective figure, he sees a man with an s. U. V. That area is very desolate, it is dark at nighttime, and there is not a lot of traffic, foot traffic that is. So i think an opportunity a guy walking through the area, sees somebody, sees someone struggling grabbing bags, and figure it was an eat i hit. After the stabbing neighbors came out, assisted him with his injuries, and waited for medics to arrive and comforted his family while the medics cared for him and took him to the hospital. Chances are, criminals often dont follow the latest political news. So he had no idea who he was trying to rob, and police are asking any any homeowners live anywhere close to the councilman street kingsessing on thomas avenue, any of those surrounding blocks, to check any private home Surveillance Systems they may have and check the time, both before and after this attack happens, about 9 40 p. M. , because police may have a shot of this guy either approaching or running away after. So, right now, were told homicide detective are inside of Police Headquarters right now talking with witnesses, we have two people dead, a third wounded, and no one in custody. The triple shooting happened around 11 00 last night on the 1300 block of rush street, in north philadelphia. The time is 4 35, there is a philadelphia father now facing murder charges in connection with the death of his own son, just six weeks old, Police Arrest that guy, 31 year old omar cooper at his home on willis avenue in southwest. Police say that baby died last friday at Childrens Hospital of philadelphia from many different injuries. And there are two officers from cherry hill, they ended up in the hospital expose today an unknown substance. But, likely drugs. They were on the 200 block of heritage road yesterday morning, responding to a report of a possible overdose. They found a woman who was dead inside her own home in cherry hill. Two detective somehow came in contact with the substance, police in the area say that there is no danger to other people in the community.
