The motions among them one of them, the prosecution wants the judge to let jurors visit that spot where brendan was found, because the prosecution contention is it is highly unlikely the little boy could have walked that Long Distance between his dads apartment, and the spot where he was found dead. We dont know the Defense Strategy at this point, but a lot of people think theyre going to think that theyre going to argue that the little boy jaws wandered out of the apartment on his own and died of natural causes. Weve never gotten firm detail from medical examiner about why, how he was killed, or how he died. Lets get out to steve keeley at the superior court with what we know. Steve . We might want to put a maybe in that lead. Unable to make the pie, pretty hi, 750,000, even those bo Parent Support him here in south jersey, david creato has been lock up in the Camden County jail connected to the courthouse ever since his arrest soon after hits sons murder. The motive prosecutors claim in this case is he needed to keep a girlfriends who did not like that creato had a child with a previous girlfriend. Now, veteran south jersey reporter jim walsh with the courier post wisely uses the word could in his lead sentence on his latest story on this case this week, as in jury selection could begin this week, in the high profile trial. And the reason for all of the uncertainty is that it has been scheduled to start before, but delayed couple of times already, as creatos lawyer has asked for more time to talk to a forensic pathologist in this case, which is probably going to be his top witness. Plus, even though it is scheduled it tart this afternoon, also scheduled this afternoon before david create owes murder trial on charges every killing his three year Olson Brendan are couple of pretrial motions to be argued in open court before any jersey seated. Already they were delayed after being scheduled first yesterdayment now it is a circumstantial case. The defense expected to try and raise doubt about the job of the medical examiner, who handled this case, and declared this a murder. After creato called 911, to report his son missing back in october 2015, in the middle of the night, prosecution says no way did the little boy walk out that far apartment and all the way to keep river park several blocks away only wearing his socks at the time which happen to be clean when he was found, not walked in. And that contends that creato killed him at home and then placed his sons body in the brush near cooper river. Karen . Sad case all around, thank you. Hey, good morning to you, karen, so the signs are still up here at 20th and market but the city says theyll come down starting today. So customers should try to erase their personal information and delete the app, because the partnership is over. If you are a regular, you probably received the text that i got at some point yesterday, warning, that the pay by phone app will be suspended, at 12 01 a. M. Today. The partnership was very short lived. The Philadelphia Parking Authority rolled out the app in the fall of 2015, not sure what the process entailed to choose this company over its competitors, but it was paying though, who won the contract for the the city. A year later new Company Bought pango, that powers the meet up app. They told the pa it experienced revenue shortfalls now unable to pay its contractors including its credit cards processor. Up to the blue route we go. Conshohocken, good morning to you, the blue route, the schuylkill come together. No problems or delays here. But later on today, right after the rush hour, penndots coming back, im giving you a heads up. Southbound 95, theyre working from ridley down to the state line. Theyve been out there the last up elf days patching and paving, boy does it need it but certainly do without the delays that are occurring here on 95, and even the blue route, 476, so keep that in mind, Rittenhouse Square 17th street still closed getting there, the water department, did what they had to do. Pass the envelope over to the Street Department, thats really where we are right now, waiting for the Street Department crew it come out. They said this morning, to repave that stretch, and hopefully by this afternoon, we will be rolling. Right now though rolling on the detour around 17th and walnut.
