In fact thats the route that the killer took after he fired six shots from less than 6 feet away, as the guy who was driving this minivan had just parallel parked right in front of cousin dannys exotic haven, right at curbside, right by the front door. Based on balistic evidence, we know at least six shots were fired from semiautomatic weapon, we found six spent shell casings within feet of where the vick tells bod had i collapsed on the sidewalk. So it appears that the shooter was just feet away from the victim when he fired at least six shots. Now, based on witness information, as well as some recorded camera information, our shooter walk up on the victim. So the question is was the shooter inside the club beforehand or did he have some problem with the guy as he was parking his van, or did he know him and know he was showing up there and was just lying in wait. Coincidentally, yesterday, the Delaware State Police put out a press release saying three month to the day they arrest add guy who got into a fight at a strip club in wilmington with a guy in the mens room. And when they come out of the mens room this guy shoots and kills a guy, they arrested him just yesterday. So things happen in places like that, and also in front of places like that, the good thing is theyve got witnesses that are cooperate hog saw what happened, and theyre here at Police Headquarters right now actually cooperating which is another rarity, in any murder case, murder number 27 this year so far. The suspect get in the car with the victims, direct them to drive to what he says is a friends house, instead, they end up not far away on manola road, deadened street. Then the suspect asks to use the victims cell phone to call a friends but takes off with the phone. A Philadelphia Police detective suspended this morning and facing charges accused of assaulting a man he was escorting out after police station. Live along route 130 northbound here in delran, new jersey, as you can see, both of these vehicles involved in this crash are in the process of being towed away from the scene, according to dispatchers, at least one person was transported to cooper medical center. We dont know the extent of injuries. A Police Officer on scene says it is early on in their investigation, but what they know so far is that two people total were involved in this crash. The second person was released from scene. He was able to leave the scene. No injuries here. What they believe is that the person who was riding in the car here on the left, being put on to the tow truck right now, was driving at a high rate of speed and hit the suv further down here on the right which is already loaded on to the tow truck, causing the suv to spin out of control and flip over and just to give you some idea where we, are route 130 northbound outside of the golden coral restaurant. Two car crash happened around 3 00 this morning, when we arrived, one car was badly smashed with its hood popped open. Thats how fast this all went down. Look at the video, you can see, the door still open, on the van, he never even got a chance to shut his door before he got shot six times, point blank, right in front of cousin dannys exotic lounge haven thereon 52nd street. It appears that this shooter was just feet away from the victim when he fired at least six shots. Now, based on witness information, as well as some recorded camera information, our shooter walked up on the victim, this 31 year old victim, just parked his suv along the curb in the 300 block every south 52nd street. The victim exited the driver door, and when he walked on to the curb, the shooter walked up within feet, and fired at least six shots. Well, we are withholding the victims name right now. But we can tell you he lived right in the neighborhood, right within walking distance few blocks away from cousin dannys, and likely there police were thinking to pick somebody up and somebody obviously then new that he was arriving there, and somebody may have been waiting for him just to essentially kill him as soon as he showed up. On march 1st hearing has now been set to review that evaluation. Lawyers for Kathryn Knott asking the judge to reconsider her sentence, now sentenced to five to ten months in jail, two years probation for her involved in a 2014 attack on gay couple in center city. The victim says knott part of larger group that used gay slurs while they assaulted the couple. Her lawyers calling her post sentence, quote, excessive, said it was the result of public opinion. Two other men received probation after pleading guilty last year.
