Advice from doctors really common sense here you want to wear layers includeing a waterproof layer because you dont want to be wet. You want to cover all of your skin. The other thing thats kind of interesting, do you not want to drink alcohol. It makes your body feel warmer. At least in your mind but it actually makes it colder. Heres some things to look out for according to our doctor. So the first thing youre going to start to feel is pain. The area might become red and inflamed. As soon as you start feeling that that pain, you want to get inside and get out of the cold. From there the area will actually get very thumb and you may have loss of sensation thats real serious warning sign and you really need to get that, torque get yourself inside when that happens. Officials say windy weather contributed to a fastmoving fire in avalon. Flames breaking out thursday night at a newly built home in the 4700 block of fifth street. The fire quickly spreading to another new home because of 30mile per hour winds. More than a dozen Fire Companies were called in before they were able to get the fire under control. Authorities say that a state trooper is forced to shoot and kill a wanted felon while trying to serve him an arrest warn. Police learned that Richard Carlin and sherri bright skin were fugitives hiding not a home in reading. The two were wanted on multiple felonies in arizona when berks county detectives and Pennsylvania State police entered the home early this morning they say that 35yearold carlin resisted arrest. There are very few details about exactly what happened during the arrest but police tell us it ended with carlin being shot and killed. She was taken into custody. She may be sent back to arizona. State police are continuing to investigate this shooting. A man opens fire on a barbershop in olney today. The shops owner telling police a previous employee opened fire in the store near broad and clear view streets this morning. Fortunately no one was hurt. Authorities briefly diverted traffic along broad during the investigation. Air prone expensive those words from Governor Tom Wolf today as he issued a moratorium on pennsylvanias death penalty. The governor says it will stay in effect until he sees a report from a commission thats been studying capital punishment. The Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association says the governor has no authority to impose such a moratorium. Pennsylvania has only executed three people in the last 40 years. The last in 1999. It does mean temporary reprieve for 46yearold Terrence Williams of germantown. He was scheduled to die by lethal injection on march 4th. He was convicted of killing two men back in 1984. Hes no longer missing but he is in Police Custody. 45yearold Andrew Bittle was wanted by Egg Harbor Township police for allegedly staging a boating accident to escape legal troubles. Bittle eventually simply vanished in july near the Seventh Avenue jetty in longport. The Coast Guard State Police frantic witnesses they searched for hours thinking he had fallen off pontoon boat. No word what kind of legal troubles hes faceing. Talk about bold but not very smart. Upper darby police bust an alleged crack house set up directly across the street from police headquarters. Police say five people were arrested last night after a threeweek long investigation into what they say was a busy crack house. Ive had it because someone somewhere decideed to penalize 12 to 1484 old kids from chicago for something that was clearly not their doing. Ive had it with Little League baseball on the media level it now is. Because now they just hurt the kids and take away their world series title. When esp inform needed programming and made this Little League world series the National Event it has become, its not fair to kids. That just werent to have fun growing up as kids playing baseball. Ive had it because that cant happen any more because the parents have sucked up to doing whatever. So they the parents can win. Does anybody really think that many of the Little League teams that compete have not done the sim thing as that chicago team getting kids on the team from outside their region . And how can you justify to kids that the patriots cheated with spy gate in 2004 were found guilty and didnt lose that you are super bowl. I get it. Dont take await the championship but penalize them in the future. We all grew up doing the kid stuff and ive had it that the media creates a situation where kids just cant grow up as kids any more.
