The Gloucester CountyProsecutors Office says criminal charges will not be filed against that officer. He was responding to a call last month when he hit and killed Matthew Mccloskey the the prosecutor also says the officer did not have his lights and sirens activate thed and was doing 74 miles an hour in a 50mile per hour zone. The prosecutor calling this a tragic accident. A major step is taken towards the construction of the keystone xl pipeline. The house passing the bill to approve construction of the pipeline. Arctic air will make a come back for the up coming weekend but look at the temperatures right now in the mid 30s. The wind chill not as brutal. It actually feels like its in the 20s as opposed to the Single Digits and below zero. But take look at that front. Well see more arctic air move in tonight and during the day tomorrow. So once again were looking at a brutal reality. So as we take a look the weather headlines what to expect, the arctic air it moves back in tonight. Wind chills tomorrow will be in the Single Digits. So bundle up, and then, yes a wintry mix is possible as early as monday. It looks more like its going to be some sleet changing over to rain. Well tack about it coming up.
