Philadelphia police say that they made two Disorderly Conduct citations during the protests. Both of them again for disorde Disorderly Conduct one man cited right along fifth and market. Another young man a juvenile cited along the ben franklin parkway. Now police have not released any details on what exactly led to those Disorderly Conduct citations. Now police say they knew of the planted rallies ahead of time and they had group of officers assigned to monitor People Safety many of those officers on bikes in around Independence Mall where the rallies were centered they made their presence very clear amidst a crowd. Now no official estimate has been released on the size of the crowds though it appears hundreds of people were involved on either side throughout the day. Parts of Market Street were shut down snarling traffic for much of the afternoon. Rallies wrapped up around thee 30 00 when the crowds began to dissipate and along that the barricades with traffic.
