Wilson was shot at a game stop in north philadelphia last march during an apparent attempted robbery. Authorities say he was there buying a gift for his son. Police in wilmington, delaware, say they were forced to shoot a dog while they were trying to catch a suspect. Police were in the process of trying to catch up to Jack Lassiter on wednesday when he ran from officers.
