The victim discovered early this morning inside a home on the 3100 block of heartville street. The Authorities Say she was beaten to death and suffered trauma to her head. So far no arrests in this case. A 16yearold boy from Whitehall Township is being charged for possession of weapons of mass destruction and explosives.
