Police are telling us tonight they do not believe this was a random shooting. People who live in the area say they are stunned and fox 29s dawn timmy has the story from maple shade. Tragic and shocking to hear tragic event happen nearby our store. June lee is rattled by a murder that happened right behind his familys dry cleaning business in maple shade. A man shot to death just before 8 30 this morning on a loading dock behind Iron Hill Brewery and al bow appliance and mattresses on the 100 block of north kings highway. Law enforcement from the Maple Shade Police department and the Burlington County Prosecutors Office converging on the scene for hours. I think its more scary that the suspect wasnt captured. Reporter investigators say the shooting was not random. That the victim was targeted and that those who live and work nearby should not be worried. Police found a woman dead in her pool at her home on, n woolwich township, Gloucester County this happened saturday. Now, police are telling us her name is 47yearold michelle long. She died from blunt force trauma. Police are on the hunt for whoever did this. Theres more controversy tonight at a Burlington County Lutheran Church thats where former teachers aid at the preschool is under investigation for alleged sex abuse. Yeah, two teachers have been let go and the husband of one of the teachers is raising a lot of questions right about now. Jeff cole first reported this story. Hes here with the very latest. Jeff. You know it lucy on the phone today the Burlington County prosecutor confirmed the criminal probe is on going while the former teachers aid has was walk out of that church months ago. The Senior Pastor at st. Pauls lutheran refused to speak with me wednesday when when we asked up to ask questions. As fox 291st reported in february a former teachers aid is under investigation by the new Jersey State Police and the Burlington County prosecutor for alleged sex abuse of students as young as five. A parent said several students have reported the alleged abuse at the Rejoice Christian School now renamed the little tree preschool. The Burlington County prosecutor confirmed to fox 29 the investigation remains open but declined to answer questions. A parent who son has disclosed he was touched by the aid and has been interviewed by investigators tells fox 29, i am very disgusted by the length of the investigation given the fact the alleged perpetrator has not been arrested. Fox 29 is not naming the young male former aid because hes not been charged. There was no answer at his home wednesdawednesday. Earlier in the year a man in the home confirmed the probe. He is under investigation . Now more controversy. Fox 29 has learned two teachers at the school were let go at the end of the school year last tuesday. A source says they were told it was due to low enrollment. Dawn suttons wife karen is one. Hes a former board member at the school. He says his wife raised concerns about the aid with church leaders. They removed the cancer being the teachers that were involved in the initial complaint. Reporter sutton says his wife did not witness any Sexual Activity but had serious concerns. Cant have kids sitting on your lap even though you might, n might be a comforting thing at your house, um, it theres guidelines that were mut in mace for the safety of the church. Reporter again, pastor david jost refused to meet with us or answer questions. Williams took tens of thousands of dollars meant for the care of his own mom to pay his own bills. Prosecutors accused williams of taking bribes worth tens of thousands of dollars in return provided legal favors. Williams says he did nothing wrong. So the judge in the bill cosby indecent assault case has just released the names of the deadlocked jurors to the media as per the request. But the ruling may not answer the biggest question lingering beaver this blockbuster trial. Bruce gordon has been on this case from the beginning and joins us now. Bruce, lets start with the Practical Implications here of judge oneills ruling. Will these jurors likely talk to the media. Thats a good question. We can bet that their phones are already ringing. We do know on the day of the mistrial saturday, judge oneill admonished them anything they said could kind of foul things up for perspective jury in perspective retrial he kind of warned them against talking but did not ban them. So any day from saturday up through today they could have already spoken out. Reached out to the media. None of them have done so other than one alternate juror member and of course he was not in the room with the jury member whos were deliberating so they could have already spoken had they really wanted to. Well see how persuasive a reporter can be. I got to say, bruce, that one who did the interview with the pittsburgh station he says that bus ride back to Allegheny County was erie because nobody is talk. You can only imagine how contentious this must have been in those deliberations. Sure. You know lawyers on both sides are thinking, whats the final score . Was it tied up . Was it tentwo. The home was operating as unlicensed Daycare Center in high lapped park and constantly had kids between two and seven years old going in and out according to investigators.
