As you said it happened just about an hour and a half ago. Police arrived here, they say they busted marijuana meet up, apparently organized on line by philly smoke session, their spring flynn event. In fact, we found the invitation on line, still on stain gramment going to video we gathered for you earlier from the scene. As we just arrived. Police combing through the warehouse flashing their light, there was at least dozens of people inside. We actually spoke to some of the people who were inside. And they confirm this was some kind of marijuana meet up. Although they did say there were people here who quote medicine, chronic medical needs, they could not get Medicinal Marijuana elsewhere. We spoke with un with of those people. He said he came here because of his medical needs, and a marijuana activist. Lets listen to what they tell us why they were here tonight. Swat teams came in, everyone was peaceful, no one giving the cops a hard time. A lot of the peak people will medical marijuana patient, you know, crohns disease, chronic pain, ptsd, a lot of serious issues. And, you know, these people need medicine. So those were some of the people who were here who attended who told us why they were here. But on the invitation it actually apparently was 50 to get in. It doesnt appear to be completely all for medicinal needs. Right now police are not saying much. They are saying that this is a narcotics investigation, they did recover several gunned from inside of the warehouse, and they have made several arrests, they didnt confirm exactly how many. As we mentioned earlier, spoke with neighbors in the area, they are happy the police moved in on the warehouse, they noticed activity here before. Theyve not been happen which it. The Wilmington Police Department Found five year old sigh own, and three year old Gee Hal Bailey safe with their babysitter, michelle rogers, in elm ton this morning, rogers and both children, had been missing from their she man street home since wednesday morning. At this point the children have been taken to a. I. Dupont hospital, in good shape, theyre tired, hungry, but otherwise unharmed. Police say they dont know rogers motivations for running off with the children and they dont know how the trio even made it to maryland. Family, friends, tell us, rogers doesnt have a car. But she did have access to a phone which proved to be a big clue in the case. At some point, the babysitter made a phonecall to the family, and we got the number it, came back to rural farms in elkton, at that point our officers went there and started search. All three found at nearby burger king and transported back to wilmington. Family members say rogers has been a close friend, for more than a decade, and neighbors have become familiar with her, too, and never expected this. A 24 year old man is fighting for his life tonight after being shot just blocks from Temple Universitys campus. Police say someone opened fire just before 12 30 this morning at 19th and susquehanna avenue. The victim was shot multiple times, hit in the chest and the mouth. Hes list in the Critical Condition at Temple University hospital. So far, no arrest haves been made, and police are not yet releasing a motive. Philadelphia police have charged two men in connection with a shooting in the citys ogontz neighborhood. Gerald riot and price are accused of shooting 29 year old man thursday night on the 1400 block of conlin street. The victim is in Critical Condition. One of the shots found it way into another mans house. He was in the bed sleeping and he woke april when the bullet hit his bed narrowly missing him. The person who posted this described it by saying that a Flight Attendant, quote, violently took a stroller from a lady with her baby, hitting her, and just missing the baby. The woman you see crying is not the only one upset in this video. At least one other passenger gets up, first to ask for the Flight Attendants name, and then to confront him. Heres how that whole thing went down. The passenger says, quote, hey, budd, you do that to me and ill knock you flat. Flight attendant, you stay out of it, come on, hilt me, bring it on. Passenger you try that ill knock you out bro. The Flight Attendant says you rat. You dont even know the what r story is. Passenger says i dont care what the story is, you almost hurt a baby. American Airlines Says they are investigating what happened on this flight. In a statement they said, quote, we are disappointed by these actions. The American Team member has been removed from duty while we immediately investigate this incident. The woman in the latest video decided to take a different flight, according to American Airlines, they say, she was flying internationally. American also said they are upgrading the woman and her family to first class for the duration of their trip. In washington, im ellison barber, fox news. A community is working to preserve a church in queens, new york, that has a rich history. It has been taken all apart, but the pieces are being stored in civic and religious leaders hoping the church can be rebuilt at another location. Yes, and foxs lauren green has the story. More than century and a half of history now sits in two trailer trucks in queens, new york. What was one Saint Savior Church now piles of wood planning, piled hi, each beam marked and numbered. Think about all of the people that were baptized here, and all of the people that were in this church for the 150 years or so, think about all of those people were married, funerals, and then think about the history of this. Really nice garden, and i think it is were not going to let it go away. We got to stand and preach and were not going to let them, no, were not. So although the city owns the lot, the gardners and neighbors flood add meeting and the rda reconsidered. Now i know zero about gardening, but walking through i admit, it was calming, and john showed me that the garden is more than just a pretty space to look at. This is all beats. These are peas. University of pittsburgh student falls to his death. The 21 year old colin fell about 20 feet between two apartment buildings, and was knock unconscious. A local school and church team up, and they package more than 100,000 meals. Yes, it is amazing, all going to children overseas, who just arent getting enough to eat. Fox 29s Sabina Kuriakose has the story for us from drexel hill. Well, these kids arent just like missing one or two meals, these kids are legitimately starving, theyve gone days on end. So from tiny cafeteria in the basement of bonner prendy hi, to the swollen stomachs of hunger pain, orphans, school children, in a country most here will probably never visit, it was a saturday student like john spent doing what they could, to add the hunger every strangers. You really making difference by doing. This like actually giving back with the food. You feel better once do you it. Images of desperate children that moved on. Bonner friends i and drexel hill teaming one feed by starving children, cross tan nonprofit thats been sending food to other countries for decades. People here came from all over the area, church volunteers, neighbors, and whole families. The food is a special formula, rice, dehydrated soy and veggies along with vitamins, designed to fill the stomachs of starving babies, days, or weeks, away from death. Now, sometimes cynical world, it can be hard to know how far even the best intentions can reach. Organizers jena says thats why she went to haiti, to see what impact her work was having. It is not just a kid on piece of paper, im having an opportunity to make an opportunity for people to take their passion, their desire, to come in for couple of hours truly have an impact on the world, on communities, on kids.
