Seconds later he was out the door with a 24carat white gold diamond ring reportedly worth 50,000. Had a lot of guts and did the wrong thing and eventually theyll get caught and pay the price. The jeweler store next to weiners was trouble by the rob brief his next door neighbors but insiste insisted jewelers s police and lots of cameras. He called eight safe place to do business. Police say a female employee at the jeweler store confronted the thief and tried to get him to turn over the diamond ring but he wasnt having it. The trial for david cree yacht tow was set to begin today defense now says it needs more time. Cree yacht tow made a brief appearance in court today. The trial is now been set for april. He has pleaded not guilty to murder and child endanger many charges. Prosecutors say he killed his son brendon in Haddon Township in 2015 because his teenaged girlfriend did not like kids. Tonight police say they have made arrest in one of philadelphias first homicides of 2016. 36yearold garland behind bars he shot and killed 41yearold mark fields on the 1900 block of west well lard street on january 1st. Homicide detectives have not released a motive. A starbucks customer jumped to action when someone stole the tip jar right off the counter. The customer tackle the accused crook and wrestle the money away from him. Police in roseville thats just outside of detroit say it happen last night. A customer who happened to be in the store jumped into action, grabbing the would be robber. The suspected guy broke free but he didnt make it out without the tip jar or the wallet which is his which police used to search for clues. Opened up the wallet.
