Wilmington Police Arrest add man they say stabbed a woman to death. Prosecutors have charged 39yearold martin tailor with first degree murder and other charges. First responders found 25yearold Whitney White unresponsive on wednesday on a home north Market Street in wilmington. She had been stabbed multiple times in her torso. Police have not yet revealed a motive for the killing. Police in cheltenham township say one neighbor received an unexpected and illegal package. The unusual thing they say is contaminating it. A bizarre story coming out of colorado tonight where officials in a small town say the citys well water is contaminated with marijuana. Residents of hugo, colorado being told not to shower or drink the water because thc has been detected in the water. State investigators are now heading to the town to determine the source of the contamination. Hugo has population of just 730 people. It does have ordinances against weed cultivation and retail stores. Tonight in your money more jobs are coming to pennsylvania. Fox 29 investigates on going problems with septa trains. It turns out, late and crowded trains are not the only problems facing septa riders in the wake of safety concerns with silver liner fleet. Fox 29 investigates has found sometimes the trains just never arrive at all. Heres jeff cole. Reporter these septa trains lumbering in and out of center city are likely packed and running late. How has the experience been like for. Im pretty stressful and aggravating honestly. Theres been lots of delays. Reporter the benching of 120 of septas newest cars the silver liner fives for safety reasons has hobbled the authority leaving to fewer trains and shifting schedules for riders while many of its operators and conductors are working longer hours and now add a flood of democrats. Then you have the dnc that comes in the middle of all of this. Were going to be compromised. Reporter fox 29 has found the troubled silver liners have not just led to late trains but out right cancellations leaving riders in the lurch especially on weekends. The problem can be clearly scene on septas twitter accounts. Train after train is listed as canceled. Why . Manpower issues. Not enough workers to safely run them. In fact, from late friday night, july 15th, through sunday night the 17th, septa canceled 41 trains. What does septa think when it has to cancel 41 trains over weekend . Reporter septa says train wont budge if there isnt at least one engineer and a conductor. It says the manpower issues are due to having 22 fewer engineers operators than it needs across the system. It being vacation system and what it describes as call ins, sick calls. It is possible that the conditions are such that, um, people are having to call in sick. He argues his people are being stretched to the breaking point to keep the system running in crisis and sees no sign of sick call abuse he says septa mismanages its work force by limiting Vacation Time and failing to promote.
