Officers say he was riding in a car driven by 17yearold giovanni cat tow when he was stopped by troopers on Tuesday Morning for an expired tag. Police say lewis ran off but cat tow jumped back in the car and a wild Police Pursuit fold it ended with cato crashing into a schoolbus and both vehicles catching on fire on the vine street expressway in center ci city. Police say cato tried to get away and as he was doing they shot at trooper Patrick Casey hihitting him in the shoulder. The man pulled a gun and demanded money. By looking at the surveillance the guy came insi inside, you know, asked for money end gave the money. Palisades park police just releasing this footage of the drama that unfolded on monday. The man behind the wheel of the black chrysler was wanted for murdering his girlfriend in upstate new york. When he crossed into new jersey on to the palisades parkway, state police were right behind him. Now, at one point, the accused killer crossed the median and continued south into the northbound lanes. There were many close calls as drivers were swerving to avoid the speeding car. Police say the chrysler was traveling 100 miles an hour several times during the 20mile chase. Owe wantly crossed back over to the southbound lanes. So how did it all end .
