Investigators are looking for clues near a and eleanor streets in feltonville. They say those victims somehow drove themselves to einstein medical center. A 30yearold has gunshot wounds to the back of his head. The 32yearold with him arrived at the hospital with a bullet in his back. Police say both men are in stable condition. Racial tensions rising in one Montgomery County town. The community now demanding answers after a recent run in with police. Its not the first time lower merion has come under the microscope. So far police have not released the persons identity but they do tell us its the body of a hispanic teenaged girl. Destined to be anything that that he chooses to be. Reporter hes emotional. Not because he doubted that his now 18yearold son would flourish, andre worried that they wouldnt make it here together. And quite frankly its beyond baby mamma drama. Reporter he feared andre, jr. , would grow up not really knowing his father. I couldnt have that. That just did not seem like the order of things. Reporter he traveled from new jersey to georgia for visits when juniors mother to whom andre was not married but had a Good Relationship moved from philadelphia to near atlanta. I miff him. Reporter his nightmare began andre says when injurys mom died in georgia. He went to get his little boy. I thought that i would leave with my son. However the family on my sons mothers side thought otherwise. Reporter but the worst battle he says there were times that it would even seem that the judge was even hostile. Report roar several judges he says and hes not the first father to claim bias against dads in custody or co parenting cases. It seemed like if you were a man, particularly a man of color, africanamerican standing before the judge, you were that because you did something wrong.
