That is maria and mariallah bowa, patrick san yah and his one monthold brother tie tie jacque. Also perished. People live on the block, reported hearing screams as victims did their best to escape. The mother of the twin girls said that she was at home with seven children at the time of the fire. She was able to get her three daughters out before she, herself, had to jump from a second floor window. She could not get to her twins. Mayor Michael Nutter commented on the tragedy as others in the Community Stepped up to support their neighbors and collect donations, but the Christ InternationalBaptist Church here on the corner, is collecting donations, foot, water and clothing for families who have lost everything. Initially they thought they had two victims in the house. One witness saw a couch on a porch on fire and then flames spread to adjacent homes.
