We dont know if the building was occupied or if anybody was hurt. A Philadelphia Police officer under arrest accused of forcing her children to fight other kids. Fox 29s Jennifer Joyce live now outside Police Headquarters with more on this for us, jennifer, good morning. Reporter good morning, chris. Police commissioner Charles Ramsey says the Police Officer tamika gross is currently suspended with the intent to fire, she did turn herself in to Police Internal affairs, and she is charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault. Investigators say, between january of 2012 and october of 2013 gross accompanied, encouraged and participated in physical fights between her children and other children, in one case, in 2012, prosecutors say gross brought her 18 year old son to fight a 16 year old neighbor from down the street, the fight escalated into a brawl, with several groups of young men, gross also accused of forcing her daughter to fight and then jumping in throwing punches her sever. Neighbors dont believe these allegations. It is just a poor example. The fact it is a Police Officer makes it even worse. So, you know, but were dealing with it, again, you know, she is charged criminally, which means she could do jail time, face a fine, and shes also being fired. So i think thats pretty severe. Just shocked me. Because she doesnt do nothing. She stays in the house, always, like, like nothing wrong. Man charged on the sexual assault, 28 year old milton Matteo Garcia charged him on tuesday, they say he attacked the 26 year old woman Early Saturday Morning in her apartment on spruce street. He was captured on surveillance moments before. Investigators pick up garcia from a restaurant where he worked on broad street preparing the food. They say they found the victims keys in his pocket, her cell phone in his south eighth street apartment, and a bike like the one that he had been seen on the Surveillance Video there, as well. Women in that area, theyre very relieved. This morning i felt a lot better coming downtown knowing that he was off the streets. Police also looking into a report from another woman that garcia may have been the man who exposed himself to her while walking at 16th and vine an hour before the sexual assault. A well thought out robbery by these three armed men, who go into the store, real quickly, not only caught on inside surveillance cameras just past 3 00 in the morning in this open 24 hour walmart. So saturday night into sunday june 10th, you see woman diving down there, as the cart is littered with items for protection two, other walmart women working overnight, visibly get roughed up one woman threatens to be shot, as she is trying to go along with their demand for cash. No comment from walmart so far. But we did get the thought on a few of the shoppers here last night. It is walmart. You go there, for your family, get your stuff, come back in. You dont spec anything like that. During the night, there is nobody here. Thirtythree, maybe for people working the register. I dont come here at that time. And one shopper told us, this walmart here in somerdale, right on the border lawnside, cherry hill, has been robbed before. They got robbed for ipods, laptops in the back, now you have to go into the back to give the ipads and stuff like. That will do you have wait for someone tolls come up there. So, when it comes down to it, do you have wait, some happen, they want to sit there, get more security, take stuff to the back, but stuff getting broken into on late night around, i think they said, it was two, three in the morning, all of that stuff was in the back, you know, where they keep all of their supplies and stuff like that.
