Meanwhile, kennedy hospital is reviewing its safety protocol. Police say drugs may be the motive behind the abduction and stabbing of three people who were thrown into the schuylkill river. Two men died, a third that managed to make it to the sore and to safety. Police say these victims were targeted by five or six men, and they may have some sort of gang connection.
