I was thrown off by it a little bit. Its confusing. Lets meet start by saying a lot of people are saying where is amendment 4, i see one, two, three. What is happening amendment 4 thats right right. It so this is a followup solar question. Okay. Now for starters this gives you two rights, one, in the constitution, individuals, consumers have a right to produce solar power. It becomes writtens supreme law into our constitution. Rights of government to regulate said power is also written in constitution. As it currently is not. One of the things ive about that weve already had that right. But it wasnt constitutional its already in law redundant. What is saying were stamping this in constitution such that it can never change unless we change the constitution. So, this comes down really to the premise that if youre third party, can or can you not sell your solar power to other people. Right now in florida, only the Power Companies can sell power to people. Not some third party. Power company. They would have to pass it on. What this would do, would lock in the right of consumers. Not of third parties. And so opponents of this amendment say it would effectively block out our make it very hard for solar companies, for third party organizations, besides utilities to be able to sell their power back to individuals. Back to consumers. This is a measure thats supported by the utility companies. By power it would seem to give them more power in government, more power to regulate their point on the other hand is that if you use solar power, youre in effect being sub died by people who are not. And therefore this without this amendment it would run the risk of ultimately down the road costing people who dont have solar panels. Ill honest with you. Im very surprised at how at the this. More than 20 million has been invested that i know of. Good deal of it is coming from the Power Companies. Its coming from the utility companies. Again, it all comes back to concerns they will say about protecting consumers. In the end consumers who do not themselves invest in solar power. Under premise those that dont invest will ultimately have to pay more to sub dies those who do invest in solar power, because they would not be transmission and so forth. Thats the back and forth. But if you have opponents of this amendment include something consumers watch dogs who are saying what a minute this effectively, if not freezes makes it much harder for Third Party Solar companies to be able to sell their power or easily their electricity and therefore has the effect of impeding the growth of solar power. We have to go. To me, this one of these i got caught in this one, this is one yes. Sometimes its one of those you start reading all the wording everything you get lost in it. You really owe it to yourself to read this one closely. Read ballot language also read pros and cons spell them out very briefly reand detail impact this would have what rights government would have to regulate perhaps more so than it does today. On monday, australia 4 people died after being caught in river rapids ride and dream world. They crashed into another raft causing them to flip, two kids were tossed. Karen, how does this sort of activity fall into the mission of Mcdonald Training Center as we talked about earlier our mission is to empower people with disabilities to lead lives they choose. So what we have discovered is that this is really not an opportunity for recreation. Its really a lot of our folks here who are painting are enterprise. They are on facebook. They are on instagram. They sell their art. They have actually become business people. And thats what we do here. So whether its art, or music or sunpass, we really look at each individual and determine what their talents and their skills are. And we give them those opportunities.
