With 92 percent of precincts reporting. He got 35 percent of the vote. Thats more than double what the second place candidate. John kasich got. Ted cruz is in third place with 12 percent. Jeb bush gets fourth place with 11 percent. Rubio finished in fifth place, about a thousand votes behind bush. Chris christie. In sixth place. 3 and ironically, the biggest loser of the night for the republicans. Could be the biggest winner, last week. Marco rubio had a surprising third place finish in iowa. But now, he can barely muster fifth place. And he blames a lot of that, on his debate peformance saturday 3 3 on the democratic side. Another result that wasnt too surprising. Bernie sanders came in the big favorite. And he didnt disappoint. With 93 percent of precincts reporting he got 60 of the vote. Hillary clinton only got 38 percent. The suspect a 64year old man died after being detained. Lakeland police say he swiped hundreds of dollars worth of dvds from a store. And as fox 13s josh cascio reports. Investigators are now trying to figure out exactly what happened after workers confronted him the final hours of kenneth wishams life are far from ideal. He died during the commission of a criminal act its just like a homicide investigationan investigation that started just after 3 oclock sunday morning. Lakeland police say the 64 year old was shoplifting 380 dollars worth of dvds from this walmart. When he was confronted by employees. So he took off running. Eventually hed fall to the ground and would be detained by the workers. At that point they realized hed stopped breathing. Its very unfortunate for us for the community that this happened especially for those employees at walmart that had to deal with thisthe employees, police and ems all did what they could to resuscitate wisham. But he died at the hospital 12 hours later. Walmart says its cooperating with police. And has suspended the employees involved in the incident pending the outcome of the investigation.
