Then the state gave up the final two seats on the board. There were legislators on the board but they just took them off the board. No one forgets the foirs time their parents take them to florida. And now the board says it cannot disclose details on spending because of proprietary information and trade secrets. You set this up if you watchdogs say we have a problem. What is it spent on .
