They have insisted that the radioactive water that got into the aquifer through a sinkhole at the fertilizer plant about a mile and a half from the home has not moved off their property. You have to test our well every week for the next ten years and come back clean for us to believe it. The contractors are required to apply the money that they receive on one job to that specific job. Customers job to pay for another customers job, its called misapplication of construction funds. Its against the law. If the county has reason to believe that is what hes doing, at what point is the county complicit in allowing him to do this misappropriation, which is illegal .
