A tragic ending this morning in the search for a missing girl from virginia. Investigators say they found the remains of 13yearold Nicole Madison lovell in surry county, North Carolina. Her body was taken back to virginia overnight for an autopsy. The teen had been missing since wednesday. This morning, an 18yearold student from Virginia Tech is now facing charges of murder. Hes being held without bond. Anthony this morning, a fight sparking a shooting at durhams Northgate Mall. Police are still trying to track down the suspect. The shooting started just after 7 00 last night. Thats when several rounds were fired in the parking lot. And by the time it was over, one person had been hit in the arm. Were told that person is expected to recover from those injuries. Caitlin a man wanted for robbery, arrested bye but not before he went on a destructive joy ride. You can see some video here behind it. Eyewitness news was the only station there moments after the sheriff fanlly arrested willy daniel. Hes accused of holding up on miami boulevard about 3 00 yesterday afternoon. After that robbery, deputies say daniel ran to j. J. s fish and chicken where he yanked an 82yearold woman out of her pick up truck, pushed her to the ground and sped off down u. S. 70. While authorities were chasing daniel, he hit several cars, and another one on liberty streets. He eventually ditched the stolen pick up truck. Minutes later, thats when sheriffs deputies finally arrested him. Only on abc 11 were hearing from one of those crash victims. He ran into my car. All i heard was boom, boom. I noticed there were a line of cops behind the car that ran into me. Caitlin so obviously a little scary for that lady there. No one was seriously hurt in all of this. There was a child who was inside the car at the Shopping Center that was hit. The child is said to be okay. Daniel is behind bars facing a long list of charges. Anthony Police Questioning someone they described as a person of interest after a shooting and a stabbing at a denver motorcycle expo. One person was fatally shot. Seven others were wounded. Its not clear what prompted the incident but police say it all started when a fight broke out. Investigators believe there was more than one shooter. This one came into the world when it wasnt easy for staff to get to him. We didnt know it was going to happen exactly during this winter storm we had but we had a good idea he would be coming sometime during that week. So when Megan Davidson got the call saturday morning, she walked two miles in the snow to get to the baby. After my car couldnt make it to walk through the snow to make it to work and to check on him. We do try to check on every lemur on day one of their birth. So coming in here and making that happen is very special to me. She made sure it was off to a good start but just couldnt cuddle him herself. In the crucial first few weeks, he needs to bond with his mom. We removed infant from mom, he was very active, bright. Checked out to make sure he was healthy, looked great and had all his fingers and toes and gave him right back to mom. Hes already gained six grams and has proven he can survive a storm.
