Authorities are now looking for the people responsible. This all happened on arrowhead drive off of stevenson road. The Wake County Sheriff says there were three cars all pulled up. There was some sort of altercation between them. Bystander, 56yearold delphie mclane got caught in the cross fire. She was taken to wake med and investigators are looking for a green pickup truck, a small green desan, and a red dodge charger. Anthony also in wake county, two teens arrested after a shooting on capital boulevard. Two men were hurt, and Tyquann Lamar Talley and Carlos Dshon Wright are locked up. Were hearing the firsthand account of the frightening account. I was in subway and i heard a pop, and i thought a car was back firing but i saw two people running and the one in the back was pointing a gun. Newly released 911 calls described the chaos at this shopping center. Moments later, police say gunshots erupted in the parking lot next to the pnc bank. I was helping a customer. I see a gentleman running out of the store. He looked shaken up. And louise prada was helping laid on the couch and hid inside. By the way he was acting, three or four minutes go by and he approaches me and asks if he can use the phone. Im like okay, sure. Prada says he sat down in front of him and made phone calls. He said yeah, im going to start he used profanity. Minutes later, police had the store surrounded. Went out this way. Thank god everythings nothing happened. He had his hands up and took him away. Heather he is being held on a 1. 1 million bond. He is facing robbery charges, including assault with a Deadly Weapon with intent to kill. 17yearold Tyquann Lamar Talley is also facing robbery charges along with aiding and abetting. At the wake county jail, heather waliga, abc 11 Eyewitness News. Fayetteville police are cracking down on drunk drivers. This is a check point they set up overnight. Police say the goal was to educate people on the dangers of drunk driving and to reduce the number of impaired drivers on the road and they also had k9 units on the scene to help with drug searches as well. Anthony and a man facing new charges, accused of Sexual Assault involving the same victim. The crime was reported back in january in the 3000 block of candlelight drive. Detectives charged marcus adams with seconddegree rape, firstdegree kidnapping and attempted rape. Hes now inside the Cumberland County detention center. And two men arrested in separate Sexual Assault cases. Joshua mills was arrested in a date that goes back to 1963 and 62yearold robert brawn was arrested in connection with a rape that occurred in 2004. Caitlin here at home, two men locked up in connection with this scene that happened in raleigh, a shooting that injured two people on capital boulevard. 17yearold tyquann talley and 18yearold Carlos Wright both police say wright pulled the trigger but talley helped him to steal one of the victims walts. Two men were shot just after 1 00 yesterday afternoon. Both of those victims were said to be looter alert and talking afterwards. However, police are not releasing their identities and the victims were taken to wake med for treatment. Anthony Police Arrested lannie locklear yesterday on possession of stolen property charges, after breaking into a church twice. Investigators say someone introek into the Colonial Baptist Church on february 17 and again three days later. Police say evidence led them to arrest lannie locklear. Caitlin developing this morning, a special legislative session could be in the works now to address a controversial vote in charlotte. The city council there approved a measure that would allow transgender people to choose which public bathrooms to use. Andrea blandford explains. Andrea what started as a week of celebration within the Lgbt Community is ending in frustration. I was flabbergasted. Andrea shawn long with Advocacy Group equality praised the Charlotte City council for voting to expand the lgbt protection and ordinance. But state House Speaker tim moore is looking to strike it down quickly in a special session of the legislature. Our state has gone a little bit crazy getting involved in local issues and the state issues. Andrea republican lawmakers insist it is a state issue calling on the provision that allows transgender women of using the mens and womens bathroom a Public Safety concern, calling a special session to block the ordinance before it goes into effect april 1, would cost taxpayers about 42,000 a day. I do think its worth it. Andrea conservative policy groups echoes more sentiments that the ordinance puts undue regulatory burdens on private businesses that would be better off left on their own to respond to consumers demands. Thats because of the Power Marketplace of ideas, and we think thats the proper place for this debate to take place, not to a city mandating what people must or must do in their businesses. Andrea so a 3 5 majority of house members would need to sign on before a special session is called. Of course, governor mccrory could step in and call a special session himself. All those women got infected in other countries. Three babies have been born. One has a defect in the brain, miscarriages and two in travellers with zika. New this morning, the captain of el faro apparently knew about Hurricane Joaquin before that ship sank.
