It rolled as six young men were handcuffed and questions after Home Invaders kicked in two doors around 5 00 this morning. Inside were three frightened women and at least four men were inside. The mother tried to lock her bedroom door but the robbers forced their way in and forced the robber force the mother to hand over cash. They were both leading us reporter one of the Home Invaders took her cell phone and that may have led police to the hotel where they took those men into custody. The family involved here was an asian family and there has been at least one other violent Home Invasion of someone who owned a business in durham. They were followed and beaten and robbed. On the night of the murder, this woman says she was with the two men accused of killing Melissa Huggins jones. But exactly what she will say is unclear. Her statements to police have changed over time. According to Court Documents and information provided by investigators, the three had been breaking into cars at the complex. In her most recent interview, she said anthony and smith went into the apartment of Melissa Huggins jones. Huggins jones was found dead by her eightyearold daughter the next morning. Death penalty and was sentenced to life without parole. Smith decided to risk a Death Penalty trial to prove he is not guilty. The last statements we have were from 2015 in which she said Ronald Anthony told her she was the one he was the one that did all of the attacking.
