Amber romero faced a judge friday after she was charged with assault inflicting serious injury. The Wake County Sheriff says the 18yearold east wake High School Student was headed home on a bus with other students last week when one of those students hit her with a lunch bag. That started the fight that led to the ear biting incident. Romeros mother apologized. She said that this charge and a prior assault charge assault charge are the direct result of bullies who bother her daughter at school.
