of maryland campus. campus police say it happened at cecil hall shortly before 12:45 this morning. no one was hurt and it is unclear what the suspects may have gotten away with. a rather strange video you will see first on fox here of the suspected white house shooter, oscar ortega hernandez. he is rambling on about being jesus christ, railing against the u.s. government. this video was made by a student at idaho state university in an attempt to get ortega hernandez on oprah but video was never you be mitted. >> for more, we turn to fox 5's tom fitzgerald live at the white house with more on this. >> reporter: good morning. ortega hernandez ask awed student at idaho state university to make this tape two months ago in his bizarre appeal to talk show host oprah winfrey. the secret service found that top two days ago and give august fresh disturbing insight to a man who this morning is charged with attempting to assassinate president obama. the press reports from the federal indictment also show that secret service agents found nine spent shell casings in a car that ortega hernandez apparently abandoned. there was all a semiautomatic rifle found in that vehicle as well. he is facing it is expected that oscar ortega hernandez will be extradited to the nation's capital but at this point, it is unclear exactly when that will occur. as the presidential race heats up, herman cain is getting protection from the secret service. apparently, there have been death threats against the republican presidential contenter but he is not talking much about them. cain asked for the extra security and yesterday, the head of homeland security and congressional leaders approved it. a peaceful end to the two- month anniversary protest of the occupy wall street movement here in d.c. as demonstrators made that you are way to the key bridge yesterday. there were no arrests and no major traffic tie-ups. some tea lays. however, in other u.s. cities, police arrested more than 300 protesters, most of those in new york. more than 1,000 protesters gathered near the new york stock exchange and sat down in several intersexes. developing this morning, for the second time in two weeks, a university is on the defensive for sexual abuse allegations. two men have accused burnie fine of molesting them in the '80s and 90s when they were ball boys with the university of syracuse team. the university said it became aware of the accusations back in 2005. su says it lawned an investigation at that time but found no evidence to support the claims. bernie fine has been with syracuse university for 35 years. meantime, the child sex abuse scandal at penn state is likely to lead to several civil lawsuits. legal experts say that may be the way full story of what happened comes out. right now, jerry nods faces charges that a bruceed eight boys but a lawyer familiar with the case say 20 people have come forward with claim they were abused as children. the death of are reopening the case. natalie wood drowned in november of 1981 after a night of partying with her husband, robert wagner and costar christopher walken. it happened on the couple's yacht in the waters off of southern california. the coroner ruled woods' death an accident. the l.a. county sheriff's office says they received new information and they plan to hold a news conference later today. weekend. kevin mccarthy joins us. >> got to start with twilight. i mean the midnight showing last night, you can't get much more hype these days for a film than the twilight series so you hay ton of people at the theaters last night waiting to see this. you had the opportunity to see this a while ago, let it all sink in. what do you think? >> you know, first of all, these movies have made $1.8 billion. i think they've sold over 116 million copies worldwide. it is a phenomenon. and it is one of those movies that generally is critic-proof. for me, i've kind of been -- of a been with the series sin the beginning. i saw the first one, knew nothing about it. i kind of enjoyed the chemistry between kristin stewart and robert pattinson. >> and all of the slow burping drama. >> very walk ward. then the second one came out. it was an abercrombie and fitch ad. there was a scene in the second one where kristin stewart falls over and day lahr lautner just takes his shirt off. are you okay? >> some people don't have a problem with that. >> this time amped, i think shi and a half seconds in this one i don't know if the girls will be too excited about that. it picks up exactly where the third one left off. bell had and edward are getting married. they go on the honeymoon. bella gets pregnant. whenever she is pregnant with, we don't know what type it is, it is killing her from the inside. so this creates some drama. jacob leaves the wolf pack and has to protect her. it is all-out drama like soap opera tile type of drama. you are mixed in with the supernatural vampire and werewolf flick. this movie ill be -- will be split in two parts. >> when you review a movie like this, are you comparing it to another movies in series or compare it to what else is out there these days? >> when you look at the series as a whole, i think eclipse is the best, most solid film. david slade really berardelli back the series. >> there has been did i rent directors for the different film. s. >> this particular film, there are see quebecs and you've read pieces of book that don't rains late well from the book to the movie. there are sequences where werewolfs are in werewolf form with human thoughts going back. you mentioned we were talking about the birthing scene before we came on air. >> i've already heard it is disturbing. >> that is an r-rated sequence in the book. this is a pretty hard core pg- 13 movie in my opinion. i thought it was pretty decent. i thought the chemistry worked between edward and bella. i thought this was jacob's strongest film. it is not a great movie. i gave day three out of five. i didn't hate t i think twilight fans will be insanely happy with it. >> and that is the thing. going to one of these movies has almost become an event. fans are going to go. i think most of the people that go probably read the book, they know what they're getting in for. >> a good matinee. thankfully, it is not in 3-d. >> and better than happy feet two. >> don't even get me started on this. >> i want to get you started on this. lets abring, it kevin. what's wrong with the cute animate penguin i don't the only time happy feet occurred was when the credits roll and a rap out of the theater. this movie felt hike it was 37 hours long. i don't understand what george miller is thinking here. >> but to be fair, you didn't like the fir one. >> i didn't like the first one. but the trailers were all cute penguin then when you go site down in this movie, it is dark. they are throwing like issues at you. george miller the director, fine, is a fantastic director but he is throwing in necessities environmental issues. that is great. i love seeing that in movies but he doesn't weave them well into the narrative. i was bored. it was painful. it made no sense whatsoever. i think it is too dark for children. i really do. you have aseen the trailers. the trailers are kid friendly. i gave it a 0.5 out of five. i was -- my feet hated the movie. >> all right. real quick, i hate to not give this as much justice as you would like to do. we go from the worst to the best. >> the descendants. this is george clooney's best performance of his intear career. you no longer see george clooney. you see the character he is playing. i love george clooney playing george clooney. he is awesome this n. those. this is hand down the most emotional well crafted performance. alexander paine who directed this movie also did movies like sideways and about schmidt and also election with reese witherspoon. have you to see this movie. it is raw, human emotion. it is up and down. it is like life. you are watching real life occur on screen, not 3-d. no special effects. no imax. it is a raw human story. i loved every second of t i gave it a five out of five. very impressed with this movie. it will be nominated for tons of academy awards especially george clooney. i think it is almost a perfect film. it is very, very good. >> strong words from kevin this morning. >> only a couple of 5s this year. i do want to say this. i sat down with the cast of twilight, kristin stewart, taylor lautner, robt earth pat inson. i had a interesting one-minute
