It occurred at mile marker 138 near the Stafford Regional Airport near the Center Point Parkway if you will. As we watched this mornings rush hour begin to build in volume, well see the delays continuing north from 17. We are strongly suggesting 17 or even the cent are point parkway over to route 1. Use that up to 630 courthouse road as your work around. It will be tricky for you guys headed northbound coming from route 3 in stafford headed northbound trying to get past the airport and continue up towards quantico. Imetraffic. Our top story, police in Fairfax County believe the serial groper has struck again and this comes after a woman says she was attacked and grabbed from behind. Melanie alnwick is live in falls church with the latest where police are investigating this latest case. Reporter there have been at least five other incidents where young women have been approached from behind, taxed and groped since september. Most of those previous ones were in the springfield area and now theyre really comparing suspect descriptions. Take a look here n several cases, he was wearing a t shirt, red baseball cap and jeans including during last fridays attack in falls church. In the springfield assault, those took place between september 7th and october 2nd. Three of the victims were teenaged girls, one as young as 15. All of them were grabbed from behind. At one point, she tried to back into a civilian officer working for the navy who then opened fire and hit the windshield. Cobbold drove off and crashed into a fence two miles away. Officers say she was screaming. You can see she was struggling with officers and talking and screaming about jesus and acting strangely while being hauled into custody. Cobbold was taken to a hospital in bethesda. She is a licensed nurses aide. A d. C. Tax Office Employee is accused of massive fraud totaling nearly 4 million. Prosecutors say Kimberly Davis got audit records and filed more than a thousand fraudulent income tax returns. Court documents say there were two other people involved but they havent been indicted.
