yeah. >> you bring up an interesting point. the audience for that show, a fairly broad audience. but the character that you bring, we're talking about "curb your enthusiasm," leon, i would love to say let's look at a clip. the character is so profane, we can't show a clip. >> he's the type of character i love. everyone knows a guy like leon. lives in the moment. he's the guy you want to take to pick up money somebody owes you. he tells it like it is. that's what i love about the character. he touches a lot of people. wide range of people love this guy. they connect with him. he's the alter kind of, contrary to larry. >> yes. >> which is great, because larry is larry. to have someone who can change the scene up a little bit, take larry somewhere he hasn't been before. >> how much of leon is you? >> you know what, i claim the ruckus, you know, to a certain degree. but i am no way, shape or form as full of the ruckus as leon is. i will take some of the ruckus and be happy. but that guy is a load of ruckus, man. he calls it out. i'm bringing the ruckus. he's bringing the ruckus. that's hard. you have to carry -- that means you have to get an extra bag. airlines they charge extra for the ruckus. the weight of the ruckus is heavy. >> for those who might not be familiar with the show, the show is improv. the scripts are eight pages, and you guys roll with it. how do you get through a take without -- i mean, how long does it take to film the show? you have to be cracking up. >> we crack up all the time. larry is the main guy. here's the thing with larry, larry laughs a lot. but you have a guy like me, who doesn't break. once i'm leon, i'm straight leon. i'm giving it to you and i'm not going to smile, i'm not going to laugh. larry just loses it and i like -- i like to try to make him laugh. we've been laughing since the audition. at the audition, you know, i went in there, i said i was going on tape. turns out, i had to improv with larry directly in the audition. tons of people out there coming in to audition for the same role. i'm laughing in the audition. i gave him the eyebrow -- he started his wrink that was it, the rest is history. he said he had no idea who leon was until i walked in the room. which is great. i kind of had an idea who the character was. i think it's also, you kind of prepare yourself and you don't know you're preparing yourself. i took an improv class in like, '91 at the old improv in new york city that closed down a year after i did the improv class for the summer. i had no idea i would need improv background. >> fantastic. you talk about the ruckus. you have a web site, which i checked out. very funny. tell us what this is all about. >> the ruckus.com is great. a lot of web sites out there, they do funny or die, they do video. this one here is more of a community. i'm doing blogs, contacting people. fans can talk to me. fans are going to be able to even win a chance to do a video with me. fans will get a chance to do this thing i call lunch with leon. i'm going to be a person in their city, and we'll have lunch, shoot it and put it on the site. me as leon, talking trash and giving it to them. talking about their life. it's going to be great. a lot of sites don't reach out to you. >> right. >> i really want to reach out. >> interact. that's what it's all about. >> right. interaction with the fans. as free as i am on the street when i meet people. >> we have to run, unfortunately. you are at the improv. they sold out except for the last show they just added, sunday night at 10:30. it's not on the screen because they just added it. the only show where tickets are left. thanks for coming in. despite the fact you're already sold out. >> thank you. i see you on the street everybody and see you sunday 10:30. >> funniest man in show business. we'll be back after this.
