include a citizens arrest with someone dressed up as the b.p. ceo in a prison jump suit. others are calling for a boycott of b.p. as far as station but they say a boycott will only hurt local owners making a few cents on a gallon of the gas they sell. >> b.p. is not in the retail gasoline business. i know that is hard for people to understand but they are not. they sold all of their company stores an their name and basically franchisees and small corporations really run these stores and b.p. has licensed out the name, but they really don't own them. at the end of the day if you don't buy gasoline from a b.p. branded station it is not going to impact b.p.'s bottom line at all. >> reporter: people are still angry about the oil spill, and they are taking it out on anything with the b.p. name on it. now, the twist in this as far as the boycott is concerned is that even if you don't buy gas at a b.p. gas station you may still end up buying gas from b.p. because they still produce the oil and refine it and they can sell it really to anyone they want. so the gatt station down the street may actually have b.p. gas. a deadly accident in northeast. a driver hit and killed a little boy
