Thankfully officers were able to seek cover and they were not hit. And for about an hour they tried to negotiate with the man to surrender and he came back out with an assault rifle. Gave her life in the line of duty for the same type of even event. And nationwide locally this is what we do. They isolated the event. Contained it, slowed it down. Had cover. They used negotiations. The father was actually arrested and thats why they believe the son later called later in the evening in some sort of distress that father was charged with assault on a fa as for 19yearold saad involved in tonights shooting khars are still pending.
