Reporter tonight the ruth steakhouse in crystal city is back open for business after a cleaning crew at about 2 00 discovered a middle dead inside the bathroom stall at the steakhouse. Police would not say how long the body had been inside the restaurant, but its believed this may have been someone who was attending dinner Christmas Day at the restaurant. Raters initially reported this to be a suspicious death, but throughout the afternoon and based on what they found earlier tonight they are saying this is no longer a suspicious death investigation. A car was toed from the scene and now investigators still trying to piece together how long the body was inside the bathroom, how long it went without being discovered and why and how this man died. Were in Prince Georges County where a car crashed into a tree earlier today killing a woman and injuring a man. It happened on old sandy spring road in laurel. A city spokesperson tells us, a tree. The driver, a 31 year old man is in Critical Condition toniwy 9n early reports indicated the people inside the car may have been injured before the crash, but that turned out to be false. There were some earlier reports about other injuries sustained at the accident. We now believe and its still under investigation that other injuries that were reported earlier were as a result of this car accident. Still unclear, though, with what caused the crash and police are still investigating. A family out shopping in maryland today ended up you in the hospital after suffering carbon monday oxide poisoning. Firefighters were called to the White Oaks Shopping Center in Silver Springs after a woman and her three kids were ill. They spent sometime in the car. They were alert and conscious when they were taken to the hospital. The family is expected to make a full recovery. New details about a man hit and killed along a highway in woodbridge. Police say 2 year old ice action sell got owe was hit by tractortrailer while walking a along interstate 95. Authorities say he and two other people were driving satori 95 near route 123 when they ran out of of gas. They reportedly didnt want to pay for help so they decided to walk to a gestation.
