In the video, officers repeatedly speak into the camera contending the detainee was combative and refused to put on his jump suit. What you dont see is what happened inside the room. You hear screams, cries, eventually hes pulled up from the room unresponsive. Nearly 30 minutes officers and e m ts perform cpr but ultimately he died. They just beat him.
