[ laughter ]. >> i would have. i would have just gave money away. >> reporter: wthe generous dreamers in baltimore county, john hanrahan. >> i would have given her a hug, too. i didn't win either. five people in virginia did win $250,000 in last night's drawing. that would have been enough. that's not much money -- that's how much money you win for matching the first five numbers on your ticket. we are told that the five tickets were bought in fredericksburg, north hazewell, richmond and virginia beach. turning to other news tonight, a shooting in northwest on the final day of early voting. it happened outside of one of d.c.'s eight voting locations. lauren dimarco is live. >> hello, maureen. this happened at the takoma community and aquatic center here in northwest d.c it happened around 3:00 p.m. gunshots outside the building and the victim ran inside to the lobby. he was met there by a security guard. that victim had been shot in the shoulder. he was transported to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. a security guard was able to begin tending to him when he ran into the lobby. there were no voters inside at the time. but the board of election staffer did hear gunshots. the staffers were able to remain in the room. one of them did walk out, talked to the security guard find out what has happening and they called 911. an ambulance did arrive. the victim suffering nonlife threatening injuries. he was transported to the hospital, conscious and breathing. police were at the scene as they started to investigate. voting was halted for about 20 minutes to a half hour. police remained here, t c police and pro tech siev service police here. they have a large perimeter roped off behind the building. the victim suffered the nonlife threatening injuries. there is a lookout for four black males, two of them wearing neon yellow shoes, one purple shoes. that's only description that we have. they do remain on the loose. police are still at the scene. voting is going on. it picked back up after about a half hour. while the staff was shaken, they have been able to conduct operations here. >> we have not had a shooting at a polling place, certainly, in my themry, in my knowledge with the board, but we understand that things can happen anywhere, any time, any neighborhood, any community. voting is an event that, wherever you are, it is citywide, countrywide, nationwide. so certainly we know that, you know, things can happen and our job is to make sure that voters are safe, to make sure that their staff is safe, that the poll workers are safe and to make sure that no one is discouraged from taking part in the voting process. >> reporter: again, four males do remain on the loose here right now. police still at the scene but voters are coming in, still casting their vote. they opened a side entrance for folks. this will be open until sen -- 7:00 p.m. this afternoon. this is the last day for early voting in the district. >> lauren, you said that police are still on the scene. are they there for investigative purposes, or are they there for security purposes? >> reporter: people here are calm. they have been looking for clues. we saw them picking up some trash bins, looking around the area, sort of remain at the scene and probably will until at least 7:00 p.m. there is still a lot of police and crime tape here as well. >> turks lauren. police in prince george's county trying to track down the gunman who shot three victims last night. police think that the shots were fired from outside. the victims' names and conditions have not been released. we do know that police expect them all to survive. investigators believe that the shooting started with what they call a domestics incident. the victims are adult males. just a short time later, another shooting in hyattsville, this time in the 2000 block of woodbury street. the unidentified vick time died. no word on the suspect in this case. a large crowd demanding justice in trayvon martin's death came together for a rally in florida today it comes as many wait for a special prosecutor to decide the fate of george zimmerman, the volunteer watchman who shot the teen. we have the latest from sanford, florida. >> reporter: more than 1000 people marching once again in sanford, florida, the community outside of orlando becoming a rallying point for civil rights organizers and the naacp, continuing to demand justice in last month's shooting of 17- year-old trayvon martin. >> courage will not skip this generation. >> reporter: the key question among the crowd here, what will the 28-year-old george simmer man, the volunteer neighborhood watchman be arrested? 80s and 90s into the deep south. if you look at the patch of cool air, that's where it is. this is because we have a frontal system sitting in here right now with an associated cold front that will dive to the south. that's what will affect us in terms of our weather maker as we head into the forecast period. we had some clouds, a little bit of wet weather that's been moving through west virginia, seeing a few showers into the course the day and into the course of the night. it will got actually start to wing its way into the south. a little bit of patchy fog because of that moisture in the atmosphere, but overall, not going to be too bad. as we move into your sunday, you will see some sunshine. so, ridge of high pressure over us tonight partly cloudy skies. we'll see that ridge of high pressure move out and, some, we'll start with some fog and mixture of sun and clouds. bit time evening hours come around, we do have a chance of seeing some showers from the system that's coming here from the north. looks like primarily, mainly northern maryland right now in the potomac ands but i'm none going to rule out totally that we're going to see some showers. temperatures
