goes directly to families in need that are hungry in montgomery county. >> reporter: that's enough food to feed 8,000 people. the kids say no one gives away as much food as mike eatlin, a shy guy at the homestead farms. >> we don't have any market until next week. we d't put nothing in cold storage and we try to be fresh for the markets. >> reporter: but the kids say this modest farmer lets them take hundreds of pounds of zucchini, tomatoes, potato, water melon. >> it goes to a good cause. >> reporter: he is so generous, they need two or three people to carry his bins away. >> fresh produce california. more than a dozen blazes burning out of control. this is the kind of terrain in the county, making it hard to get to the fires and flames are creeping closer to homes. new evacuation have been ordered as the fire changes direction. for the first time since the massive storm hit taiwan, foreign aid is finally beginning to arrive in the typhoon devastated areas. more than 1,000 people are still stranded in the villages at risk for flooding and landslides already responsible for killing as many as 500 people. the president of taiwan issued an apology for the late response. 35,000 has been tracking three named storms. one of them, claudette, popped up this morning. >> it just popped up this afternoon. and i think people think this is anna. no, this is a separate storm. anna is something that florida will have to watch later in week. the bottom line to the question you just posed, not sure y of t op us -- on us just yet. we could use some cooling rain. today a hot day. humidity was worse this morning. we're not seeing much in the way of thunderstorms. although we're not 100% free of that. there has been a few in the ridge tops but not many. we have a atmospheric lid on d.c. today and it's hard for the storms to get tall. but the jefferson memorial looking nice and our high temperature was 92 degrees. let's start with a look at the other two tropical systems we're been talking about. we're going to focus on claudette which will be ashore in the eastern portion of the panhandle of florida, but then there is tropical depression claudette, moving to the west at 8 miles per hour. and tropical storm bill will happen probably night or become a hurricane tomorrow. it has winds of 65 miles per hour. temperature wise though, it is a toasty sunday evening in d.c. with temperatures near around 90 degrees and notice the heat index doesn't change that much. that's a sign that the humidity is not as highs it was ear today. dew point is in the 50s and later on tonight that could rise. 70 degrees overnight. so warm and muggier through the overnight. plenty of sun for monday. another hot start. temperature of 93 degrees. it will be humid, but not out of control. dew point in the mid-60s. we'll talk about claudette. here is the latest with claudette as it's likely -- it has winds of 50 miles per hour. i know that went by fast. it's probably going to come to shore around panama city. it could be apa latcha cola area. and you can see the rain with it and the big story with this, it won't be the wind, but there will be power outages as this comes ashore. later this evening, probably before our 10:00 news, they'll have to watch for tornadoes but the big problem is inland flooding, because it will probably drop 3-6 inches of rain along the path. and let's talk about the tropical depression. anna will have winds of 30 miles per hour, 100 miles away from dominica. but this is why florida was buzzing about it earlier. it keeps it as a depression into the gulf of mexico. but the gulf is so hot, the water is so warm, that you have to be careful. and tropical storm bill may be a major hurricane by thursday. could a cold front come and turn it and take it out to sea? that is possible, but it's n a guarantee at this point so we're watching that one closely. forecast for monday, a lot of sunshine. by noon we're pushing 90 and by 4:00, 92 degrees. and it looks once again -- like once again it will be a day free of storms with the exception of isolated thunderstorms that pop up along the ridgeline. tuesday more the same, 92 degrees. and then by wednesday when we have a chance of thunderstorms in the forecast, unrelated to tropical weather, you'll be saying woo hoo. 91 degrees, this is from a front coming. could that catch a little bit of claudette's range, that could happen but right now we think it's thunderstormed from the front. we'll have new updates tonight at 10:00. we'll see what happens tonight. >> and you're saying claudette should e touching ground around 10:00 when we go on. >> we'll probably have more information for you. >> and they're good at it in florida. >> we can take a lesson. >> thanks, sue. on days like this, it's easy to want to be out in the sun, at the beach and the pool. d you know what you need to do. you need to wear sunscreen. maybe you read the labels, parents, but you want to make sure what you get is what you want. but you still may not be getting what you think. fox's david lee miller explains why thbottle may be full of empty promises. >> reporter: an estimated 69,000 americans this year will be diagnosed with skin cancer. that's why sunscreen is so important. the problem, choosing the right product. for two years the fda has proposed improvements to labeling on sunscreen and now another summer has gone by without any changes. the agency says the products change time and critics accuse the fda of dragging its feet. >> chances are you if you didn't buy sunscreen. >> won't know what you are purchasing. there is no such thing as all- day protection. the proposed labeling changes would put a cap on claims by manufacturers. currently they can claim a sun protection factor of 80, 90 and even 100, but experts say a rating of 50 is about the most protection that consumers can expect. the new rating system would inform users about the specific type of protection they are purchasing. current spf ratings are only for uvb protection. those are the rays that cause us to burn. but under the proposed changes, sunscreen labeling would have a star system, to reveal the level of protection against uva, those are the rays that cause tanning but that experts could be most dangerous. and next time you take a dip in the pool, consider this -- >>he new fda rulings will eliminate the word waterproof and only allow for water resistent or highly water resistent. >> reporter: so when will the changes take place? the boast hope is by the end of the year. that means
