turns out many passengers opted out of any sort of protest and many had little patience for anybody who did. >> i would be tempted to punch someone in the face if they are standing in between me and getting home. because of something that is just going to happen. i wouldn't really - >> reporter: the bottom line? despite the talk, despite the crowds and despite the new security, passengers did what they always do, made the best of it and got on their way. as far as the parking situation, the washington metropolitan airport authority, they say at reagan the economy lots are full but the daily, hourly and longterm lots are full. we're told there's plenty of parking at dulles. you can find all of this as realtime status on the airport authority's web site. back to you. >> i'm curious, 5:01. is the airport still busy? or are things starting to die down? >> reporter: it's been busy all day today. one of the biggest times we saw was starting 3:00. most of the lines were only about 10 to 20 people at their length. we saw that increase a little bit through the 4:00 hour but right now it seems to be a steady stream of about 10 to 15-minute wait for people to get through security. all in all this has been a very busy but smooth day at reagan national. >> the tsa is happy about that. so are passengers. tom fitzgerald, thank you. this may seem common sense to you frequent fliers but knowing what not to wear to the airport is a matter of convenience, not style. if it's been a while since the last time you caught a flight the tsa advises leaving your tough-to-remove shoes at home, wear slip-on. baggy clothing could target you for extra cleaning. avoid clothes with metal buttons or studs. and same for metal jewelry and belt buckles. the tsa even advises skipping an wire bra and choose another style. the rails are not as stringent but should it be? john henrehan is at a union station asking passengers how they feel about security on the rails. >> reporter: there's of course security at amtrak. all kinds of different kinds of security. some they'll talk about. some they won't. including one method they shared with us today that i before have never seen. more on that in a moment. is it enough? rail passengers we spoke with are divided. on a regular wednesday union station in washington, dc serves about 78,000 passengers. before the night is over on the wednesday before thanksgiving, that number will swell by 50% to 127,000 rail passengers. there is security including heavily armed amtrak police patrols. and dogs trained to sniff for explosives. jude works with amtrak police officer laura dephillips, what is called a vapor trail detector. a suitcase full of explosives that may have been wheeled by 10 minutes earlier will likely have left some molecules of explosives in the air. jude is trained to detect that small quantityity and follow the trail to wherever the suitcase is. there are also random baggage checks at amtrak stations and trains. >> our officers will choose the train, the number and try to make it fair for everyone. choose every x number person and do a baggage screening and if the dogs find something they will do more deeper-level reviews. >> reporter: but amtrak passengers do not have to show a license to buy tickets though in general they must produce a credit card. should the nation's intercity rail system implement airport-like security screening which might even include patdowns? among some passengers the answer was yes. should there be perhaps metal detectors and other forms of security or screening? >> i think so, yeah. >> reporter: it might take longer to go through the process of boarding a train. >> i understand but we're equally vulnerable as we are in the air. >> reporter: other passengers said rail security is just about right. >> planes can drop from here but trains don't. i don't think it's necessary. >> reporter: the passengers we spoke with were pretty much split down the middle. half said we need a little more security on rail transit. the other half said what we have is fine. >> are the authorities sort of going down this path? have they thought about the implications on prices for tickets? because we know ticket prices would have to go up to pay for this. >> reporter: amtrak had its biggest year ever last year. i don't think price is a factor in their mind. if it's a subway system like met -- metro or new york it's hard to do anything other than spot checks. it just can't be done. amtrak also said they followed that model. they are an open system and it would be very hard, they say, to impose airport-style security. 150 people get on an airliner. the average train that leaves here for new york carries 400 to 500 people. that's a lot more people to screen all at once. >> john henrehan at a beautifully adorned union station tonight. we have a traffic alert. if you're driving to delaware or expecting guests coming from delaware take a look. here's a live look at the toll booth in newark, delaware. this area is always a mess but you can see it's even worse here. traffic backed up for miles because of construction. fewer toll lanes are open and delaware transportation officials say there could be 25-mile backups well into new jersey or maryland. in fact, it's so bad there the state is now waiving tolls for northbound drivers meaning you can go on through and you don't have to pay. adding insult to serious inconvenience, look at this mess. a gravel truck overturned on i-95 south in delaware and spilled its load. that meant the southbound lanes had to be shut down for hours today. traffic was diverted on 4935 around wilmington the best hope is to avoid i-95 in delaware altogether. meantime, the headaches on dc-area roads are worse than normal with many people traveling this holiday season. the beltway and i-95 are some of the most congested highways in the nation. sherri ly is following the big holiday getaway along i-95 in scaggsville. >> reporter: it's been busy all day long in the roads around washington. you can see i-95 at the beltway, traffic busy and where i'm at along i-95 traffic has been pretty much stop-and-go throughout the day. it's moving now but the sign back there says it all. major delays, i-95 and 895 north of the tunnel. the problem around washington is not only do you have all the normal rush hour traffic but all those travelers up and down the east coast coming through trying to get somewhere for thanksgiving. >> long stretches of heavy traffic. >> an accident 95 north. >> in dale city. >> the accident seen as blocking the two left lanes. >> reporter: the traffic around washington is living up to its reputation. drivers trying to get a jump on the thanksgiving getaway packed the roads early. cars from states to the north and south passing through, too. construction at the delaware toll plaza in newark caused miles and miles of backup heading north. ? 5 heading north, through the work zone. delays beginning before the 279. >> reporter: one driver estimated the backup was at least 10 miles and growing. walter solomon, traveling with his wife and daughter from north carolina to new jersey says the 10-hour drive in holiday gridlock is as much a thanksgiving tradition as the turkey. >> the show must go on. there will be no excuses. >> why do you do this on thanksgiving when you know the traffic is going to be horrible? >> this is what you do. this is thanksgiving. you go. you don't stop. no excuses. you keep going. >> reporter: just to be with family? >> that's right. it's a beautiful thing. >> reporter: a beautiful thing it is. for those who are not stuck in traffic. traffic around washington is bad on a good day let alone here on a holiday. during the holiday season the weather channel actually ranked the i-95 corridor between washington and new york, that's 225 miles, as the most congested in the nation during the holiday season. and ranked number seven was the beltway. 495 between merrifield to landover. so either way you look at it things do not look good on the roads around washington as people head out for their thanksgiving holiday. shawn? >> we get it no matter where we are. sherri ly, we'll see you in a little while. let's check the mad dash out of town. jim live with the evening commute. >> reporter: it's starting to look a little better. it's still bad, inner loop delays in the tysons corner area near i-66, to get across the legion bridge to 270, those are the headlights coming toward us. traffic freely away from us is the outer loop of the beltway. so that's in pretty good shape. more inner loop headlights into bethesda. here's the traffic at connecticut avenue and new hampshire avenue, it's starting to unwind. in springfield now, 95 southbound, south of the beltway near newington, those delays on and off to a crash in dumfries. that is along the right side. delaware tolls, significant delays, five to 10 miles, in newark, that toll plaza under construction. because of that del dot dropped the tolls until 10:00. the northbound one only on the toll plaza on i-95. all the travelers don't have to worry about the weather at least around here. there are a couple of trouble spots to watch for if you're headed out of town tonight. gary garmcgrady has more. >> we'll go to true view. i-95, the corridor from north-to-south is weather-free basically. you can see that, there you go. there's rain back to the west of us. that storm system, a developing storm system crashing up there. ohio into indiana earlier. it was a mix of precipitation with slippery roads. that pretty much changed over to rain now. then there's snow back up towards minneapolis. but across the nation, with the exception of the midwest, up into the northern plains, it is relatively incident-free. i should say that just clearing kansas city now, severe weather and there are some reports of some tornadoes down there but that, again, east of kansas city. so much-the-most -the--- much of the most haij hubs reporting no -- major hubs reporting no delays. there was a delay in laguardia but they say that was from a little wind. so bigtime travel not a problem this time. >> you can head to myfoxdc.com for up to the minute changes to the forecast. just click on the weather tab. developing now, a dc council member subpoenaed. we're sorting through allegations of bad money handling. the latest on harry thomas. what are you working on? >> a major development in redskins park in ashburn. a star player done for the season, shutting it down. details and who we are talking about in a second. >> keep it here. we'll be right back.  the redskins' victory over the titans, lost seven players to injury including one high-profile redskin shut down for the rest of the season. dave feldman here with the state of the skins. >> reporter: for the second year in a row clinton portis forced to call it quits. the new injury is just above the area of the torn left groin that caused him to miss five games. he will be placed on season-ending injured reserve. he carried the ball five times, 32 yards but forced to exit in the first quarter when he suffered a new injury, a pulled abdominal muscle. a mri didn't reveal further damage to the groin but portis will need surgery and will be placed on injured reserve ending his season. he finishes with a career-low 227 yards on 54 carries and two touchdowns. >> it really is disappointing because he's worked so hard to get to where he's, you know, where he was at. a lot of hard work. encouraging all the other players. he was just a big part of this football team. you hate to see a person work that hard and not get an opportunity to finish the season. >> it will be tough. he's a veteran guy, knows what is going on, knows his system and the scheme. our young guys have been doing pretty good. so we'll put all the -- i guess the carries on their back and we'll ride them. >> reporter: portis is just 77 yards shy of the 10,000-yard rushing mark. and needs 649 yards to break john regan's career franchise rushing record. you have to wonder if he'll reach either milestone in a redskins uniform. coming up at 6:00, more on the future of clinton portis next season. >> thank you. new developments in the investigation into dc councilman harry thomas. one day after thomas turned over documents related to his nonprofit team thomas the attorney general is asking for more. peter nichols say the documents raise more questions about the nonprofit. nichols issued a second subpoena for specific financial information giving thomas until next wednesday to comply. fox 5's paul wagner joins us from the newsroom with the story. >> reporter: harry thomas jr. says team thomas has been his life's body of work and has nothing to hide. but the attorney general says he suspects the money raised was spent on himself rather than the nonprofit and wants to see who donated money, how much and when. harry thomas met with reporters yesterday to say he was complying with the subpoena to turn over information about team thomas. but when peter nichols saw the document he was less than impressed. the attorney general says he wants to know if the donors include lobbyists or companies with an interest in city business. team thomas is not registered with the irs as a nonprofit. and nichols says there are numerous questions surrounding more than $200,000 raised by thomas since 2008. thomas says it was used for youth programs. golf camps, sports equipment and training materials. >> as far as i can tell, the 200thousand was used perjurily and given by -- personally and given by folks who have business in front of the council. there are a lot of serious issues here. the subpoena is runnable next wednesday so there's lots of talk. it's been percolating six weeks. >> reporter: the allegations first surfaced during thomas's tmaanalth--ou3% meedofros 3 th m he ntutd >> reporter: mr. nichols wants to know where this men came from. he wants to see a list of donors. anyone who donated $250 and up, he says they may have thought they were contributing to a charity, a nonprofit when this is not registered at all with the the irs and not in compliance with any other city agency. so mr. nichols says he wants to see exactly where all of this money came from. >> paul wagner, thank you. a lot of people who have been watching the forecast this week know that there's rain in there somewhere and are happy today to not see it there now. trying to figure out when is it going to come to town? >> gary mcgrady, is the rain coming? >> overnight tonight we may see a little bit, some tomorrow, too, but again, it holds off until late tonight when hopefully most of the travelers are at least off and gone and getting to where they are going to. here's vipir. i want to show you what we are looking at here. back to the west you can see, yes, that's rain spilling over into west virginia. parts of virginia, but most of what you see there spilling into virginia and west virginia with the exception of what is in western sections of west virginia, north of charleston, most of that is evaporating before it touches the ground. very dry atmosphere, chilly. too. temperatures today only in the 40s and low 50s areawide. but, there's a winter weather advisory in place, 1:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. overnight tonight. frederick, you're in this. there's a chance, not necessarily a big concern for frederick but farther to the west and northwest there's a chance that we can have a few hours where temperatures will be right at freezing here and there could be just a little bit of a glaze. so most of these roads are very warm and you have to be out at about 4:00 or 5:00, 6:00 a.m. to get involved in any of that. so it's there. it's northwest of us overnight tonight. don't think it will be much of a problem though. mostly clouds at 7, 42. clouds coming in and acting as a blanket. more details on thanksgiving and then black friday, too. coming up. >> i guess it's important. people going shopping. >> absolutely. that's what we're talking about. as you pick up your groceries this holiday season remember to help those who need it most. warm for cold is an effort to help in the cold weather for the homeless. you can drop hats, scarves, socks and more at one of the seven mcgruder's grocery stores in maryland, virginia or dc. 5,000 dc residents attended the event at the washington convention center, enjoyeda 3 eeecosvlendeoia in montgomery county, maryland. looks like it's moving smoothly, although heavy traffic as can be expected. hey, look, no rain right now. so if you got to go, watch the newscast and then maybe get on the road.  new developments at a new zealand coal mine. 29 miners trapped underground have been declared dead after a second massive explosion tore through the pipe river mine yesterday. investigators haven't been able to get inside but think toxic gases caused the explosions. the youngest miner was just 17. new zealand's prime minister called their deaths a national tragedy. in england, major protests over tuition hikes. thousands of college students made their opinions clear in london sometimes clashing with police. this isn't the first time protests turned ugly. two weeks ago demonstrators broke into the ruling party's government office building. the government is now considering letting schools charge up to three times the tuition rate that is now in place. that would be about $14,000 per year. the american college student convicted in italy of killing her roommate is getting a second chance to prove her innocence. amanda knox's appeals trial got underway today with a brief court appearance. the defense intends to present new evidence and witnesses. she have and her boyfriend were accused of a sexual assault and slaying of british exchange student meredith kercer. >> i saw her yesterday. certainly she's optimistic and looking forward to getting the process started again. yeah, we have a very good appeal. very strong appeal. >> italian prosecutors are also appealing the original verdict. they are asking the judge to increase knox and her boyfriend's prison terms to life sentences. a stalemate over turkeys between marion barry and major supermarket chain. tonight hundreds of families in dc have something to be thrng -- thankful for. >> reporter: the parking lots are packed and the registers are ringing. we'll take you for a little peek inside the busiest grocery shopping day of the year when fox 5 news at 5:00 continues. plset/g take a look at this. if this is a long line of cars you probably wanted to be in it. they waited outside of this glen burnie gas station for the 15th annual tanks-giving. giving away free tanks of gas to the first 98 people in line. then everyone got gas for 98 cents a gallon until 10:00 a.m. it's the busiest shopping day of the year at grocery stores nationwide. many people starting their holidays are just filling their grocery carts for tomorrow's feast. we sent fox 5 reporter melanie alnwick to check out the action in prince george's county. she joins us live. i understand the parking lot is at almost capacity out there? >> reporter: that's right. i think i heard my first angry car horn, probably 2:00 this afternoon but i got to say that is pretty good considering there hasn't been too many after that and people have been literally streaming here since 6:00 this morning. this gives you an overview of the parking lot between the west west -- wegmans and costco. people have to circle to find the precious parking spaces but everyone is moving along pretty well. this wegmans opened october 24th and brought new jobs and new place to shop to prince george's county. less than 24 hours to go million cooks all over the -- go until cooks all over the country begin to prepare. >> i got to get my berries. >> we wanted a 16-pound turkey. >> only four of us are going to have dinner together. no leftovers. >> reporter: the aisles are klattering with the sound of shopping carts and commerce. >> i picked up a turkey dinner that serves eight to 10. we're only having four but, leftovers. >> reporter: and the customers' lists. >> sweet potato, cream cheese, corn for corn pudding. green stuffing and apple pie. >> it's an opportunity for me to add to my cholesterol level and not feel guilty. >> reporter: and marvel at their options in this massive new wegman's supermarket in glen arden, maryland. >> it's very unique. i like the way it's set up. >> we had employees working overnight to make sure we had production ready for all the items that needed to be here. fresh pies. we tried to ramp up production. and having all the employees today to make sure customers are taken care of. >> reporter: it's all hands on deck today and they are busy but cheerful. there are 600 new jobs to be thankful for this year. how do you feel about the new job for thanksgiving? >> it's exciting. i've been on the other end for so long. >> reporter: there's a camaraderie among customers, too. as they talk about their celebrations. >> we're going to have a fish, a turkey, lobster tails. we try to keep it -- a little bit of everything. >> reporter: and pass on family traditions, like dr. hawkins' mothers' recipe for sweet potato pie. >> my dad would say it tastes like mothers. it made me feel good. >> reporter: it's been a tough year for many but this holiday reminds us good food and good friends are true gifts. >> have a good thanksgiving. >> reporter: i got to say, that is one of the things i really enjoyed today was seeing all these families and moms with kids and husbands coming along too. and couples shopping together. it really was an experience for them to sort of get ready for the holiday celebration. wegman's really only opens two stores a year around the country this. location was chosen out of a pool of about 3,000 possible locations so i got to say just judging on their first month or so of being open, that decision, brian, has really paid off. >> i can't believe those husbands were tagging along. they are dedicated. >> reporter: they were dragged but having a good time. >> sure. volunteers with food and friends are getting ready for a big day tomorrow as well. they will feed 3,500 people for thanksgiving, requires 8,400 pounds of turkey, corn bread, stuffing, potatoes. food and friends delivers meals and groceries to people living with hiv, aids, cancer and other life-challenging illnesses. if you don't succeed try, try again. marion barry was finally successful in giving away free turkeys to needy residents. he was scheduled to give them away for yesterday but didn't pay for it, at least up front. and giant food balked. karen gray houston has details. >> reporter: it was a matter of math. parry wanted to give away 2,000 turkeys, and giant said he was $9,000 short of what he needed. when it didn't all add up there was a lot of confusion. >> let's go, let's go! >> reporter: this was the assembly line outside union temple baptist church. complimentary delivery of turkeys from giant food. the turkeys left over after only 250 were dropped off on tuesday. by today, any hard feelings seemed smoothed over. >> this is great because at this time of year and our economy, a lot of people are really having trouble. this really works today. >> reporter: but some of these folks can't forget yesterday when there weren't enough turkeys to go around. >> we were waiting, not knowing what is going on. a lot of people, it got confusing. >> reporter: this is the fifth year barry has given out free turkeys. >> evidently he got the money because the turkeys are here. >> reporter: barry admits it's getting harder to raise money but says he has in the past paid only part of the money up front. >> he ought to be ashamed of himself. a multibillion dollar company, international company, $26, 000 is a drop in the bucket. all the money they make from here. >> reporter: giant released a statement that said -- while we're disappointed in the council member's comments giant is committed to delivering the remainder of the turkeys so hundreds of families in ward 8 can enjoy their thanksgiving meal. " it goes on to say "giant is a proud and strong supporter of alleviating hunger in the communities we're privileged to serve." distributing the turkeys once they arrived was an orderly process, boxes of the frozen birds lined up in the church basement, res -- residents had to show id to prove they lived in ward 8 yet there were still problems. >> i couldn't get one and i am from ward 8. >> reporter: how come? >> they said i didn't have the proper id. >> reporter: consider we're talking about a community with a high rate of poverty and unemployment. there are people in this economy whether really need food -- who really need food. aside from this being a good pr move for barry, most of the folks we spoke to said they are grateful they don't have to get a turkey they -- they can get a turkey they don't have to pay for. >> can the grease or cower pipes can look like that. that picture is of grease-coated sewer pipes. instead of dumping it pour cooled grease into a can and throw it in the trash. grease causes more than 40% of all sewer overflows. a final decision today on the dc thanksgiving day turkey bowl. ballou high school will not be playing tomorrow. the school forfeited its spot last week after a investigation found ballou used an ineligible player in a game against dunbar. the interim chancellor denied balance blew's -- ballou's appeal of the decision. the most expensive house in the country likely isn't what you would expect. >> a mere 750-ish square feet. don't miss what makes it so pricey. plus, black friday, an economic boom that rings the registers but why would one town ban the sales craze? >> gary is tracking a round of wet weather. how much rain can we expect? it's in the forecast. tonight. on duty in the middle of a tornado. a young employee at a wisconsin gas station doing what he can to keep the doors on the place and finding him selves rescuing others from the twister. >> reporter: grabbing and going. stocking soda. on most days you'll find zach barnes -- >> keeping the tore clean basically -- the store clean. >> reporter: rolling a cart through the citgo storage room. then again most of the customers purchasing the products know there was nothing normal about tuesday afternoon. captured on security cameras >> i got hit by the wind. >> barnes is knocked backwards ushering a woman out of the tornado-like winds strong enough to crack glass. >> we fly all the way back to pretty much right here. >> the wind chills push them both back 15 feet. >> reporter: from another angle you can see his brewers' hat blown off by nature's blast but like any good sacked quarterback he gets back up. >> let some more people inside and then we slammed the door shut as soon as possible. we were in here waiting for the police and fire department to get here. >> reporter: he co-owns the citgo and says considering what was happening in the store his actions are considerable. >> you see the stuff flying around the store like you would see in a regular tornado video. >> reporter: the next day isn't as busy for barnes. it's back to keeping the shelves full. after having his fill of keeping the wind at bay. >> i've never been in anything like that in my life. it was crazy. >> on this thanksgiving eve already some people are looking ahead to christmas. a little girl telling santa what she wants under the tree. snow is falling in tysons galleria. the special indoor snow will continue through christmas eve. >> we missed the forecast. >> let us stay there. you think about last year. it's rare to get me to guarantee something but i can just about guarantee this winter is not going to be like last one. >> thank goodness. >> if it happens again i'm moving. here's what's going on this evening. pretty nice and we've had a lot of sunshine today. temperatures on the cool side. we started off this morning with a little bit of a breeze but that died down, because if we were to kept a 15 to 20 mile-per-hour breeze today it would have been really uncomfortable at times. clouds are coming over and eventually there's at least a chance for showers over night tonight and we'll talk about the potential that some of that may freeze a little bit. when and where and i think there's a very slight chance of that. you can see temperature out there in the middle 40s or so. washington is 45 degrees now. quantico is 45. fredericksburg is 46. back up to the northwest here mars-insburg 42. cumberland 41. it's very dry, dew point levels, the amount of moisture in the atmosphere is very, very low. at least until the clouds come in overnight tonight, temperatures will be quickly dropping. even notice in manassas it's already down to 43. so it's going to get chilly and then may come up a little bit overnight tonight. where's the source for this? look at the 30s back to the northwest. pittsburgh 37. binghamton 32. so some of this is trying to fill on in but again we also have to deal with the clouds too thickening up through this evening. temperature at 7:00 about 42. 41 at 9:00. fair skies at 11:00 and 40 degrees. we're going to hold in there for the next several hours and around 39, 40 degrees. the temperature may actually come up a little bit before it's all said and done. this is current satellite and radar. here we are in washington, the clouds have thickened up a little bittened a and you see the rain is getting closer to us. keep in mind the low levels of the atmosphere very dry. a lot of what you are seeing is not touching the ground. it's evaporated before it hits the the ground. most of the weather should stay north of us. it looks like the chance of rain starting to come in will be later on. by tomorrow morning though, very early, 1:00 to about 11:00 a.m. there's at least a chance, a slight chance but a chance nonetheless that we could have a little bit of freezing rain way back out to the west and the northwest. perhaps washington county. you're in the watch, too. frederick county, technically you are in this watch as well. or this advisory. northern sections of frederick county county may have a little bit of freezing rain but again we've been in the 40s today with lots of sunshine. so the roads are warm. i don't expect there's going to be any problem. if you happen to be out late tonight or very early in the morning. if you're up into western and central sections of pennsylvania that is a slightly different story. they will be a little colder there and there's a chance of at least limited amounts of glazing for a longer period of time. again, in frederick county, then back out up to washington county, i don't expect that there's going to be much of a problem. even though the advisory is in place. this is futurecast, 1:00 a.m., when that advisory starts. you can see here this is a little bit of pink in northern sections of frederick county around emmitsburg and back around gettysburg as well, in southern sections of pennsylvania. then we just put this in motion. by tomorrow morning we're talking about a quick shot of showers moving through. you got to get way out west before you find anything that is kind of changing over. by tomorrow at noon we have clouds, maybe a lingering shower, friday morning the showers come through, that is not good for black friday shopping but by friday evening looks like it gets a little we -- better. tomorrow, chilly showers in the morning. upper 30s to lower 40s. 48 degrees at noon. then by tomorrow evening, 49 degrees or so, we may see a little bit of sunshine. a little bit of sunshine tomorrow afternoon. not much but a little bit. then, again, black friday is wet for the first part of the day. temperature of 56. very nice this weekend but it will be chilly. saturday and sunday travelers up and down i-95 will not have a problem coming home from grandma's house. >> thank you. to the talk of the town on tmz. more fallout from charlie sheen's wild night in a new york city hotel room earlier this month. he's accused of trashing the room and assaulting the porn star with him. harvey levin is live in l.a. why do cops want to talk to sheen's ex-wife denise richards? what does she have to do with it? >> reporter: denise richards was at the restaurant that charlie was at with capri anderson, the porn star before going back to the hotel. she also was across the hall when the whole melee occurred and went inside the room and saw both capri, charlie and the damage. so that said, we're also told that the cops have gotten in touch with charlie's manager and now they want to talk to charlie himself. charlie's lawyer tells me they have not decided yet whether they will make charlie available. >> i mean, so what could happen here?
