pole in the basement. the thought that kept her going, a planned visit from her daughter. until now, anne wolf had never spoken publicly of her ordeal. >> i did as much exercise as i possibly could and i moved around as much as i could and i, you know, i really ied o get a little bit with it. and other than that, i think i would have been in very, very bad shape. i would have just never been found. >> reporter: one of the first victims was also tied up and left for dead, but garcia was just getting started and left the bindings loose enough she could free herself. she praised the judge for his sentence. >> anything less would have put us all in jeopardy at a later date and other people, too. because he is the kind of individual, if he had gotten out, i feel certain he would have come back on us for retaliation. >> reporter: montgomery county police caught garcia when they found jewelry taken in the home invasions that were inside his apartment. the jury in the case only showers we are showing you. this is just up to the north and to the northeast of the city. this moved right over the stadium here up into baltimore and it moved south. very, very slow mover. i know they are small. they are right up between bwi and northwest here and they are drifting ever so slowly down to the south and to the southwest. this is all rotating around a very broad area of low pressure off to the east of us. we don't often see storms moving from northeast to southwest. occasionally it happens. so what i'm saying is these continue on their current motion to the southwest and they hold together some of this can start moving into the north western sections of dc and eventually right on down. we could get some more popping up too east of the city. that is the forecast right now. at 11:00 tonight, i think most of this will all be dispated and calmed down. temperatures in the middle 70s. by tomorrow morning, a lot like this morning. some clouds out. temperature around 70 degrees. partly sunny tomorrow at noon. 82. as a matter of fact, if you like today, chances are you will like tomorrow. it's going to be almost a carbon copy. 86 in the city now. a little cooler for baltimore as that thundershower moved through. fredericksburg, 85. just about everybody in the 80s. high pressure is to the northwest of us. remember that's the good stuff. it is trying to move in, but we had this stalled out frontal boundary. good news for us, the boundary made it further to the south into the southeast. so all this shower and thunderstorm activity is really localized around that stalled out frontal boundary. we have just enough high pressure coming in to keep the skies partly cloudy. a couple thunderstorms late in the afternoon, but otherwise, not too bad. listen, we'll have a few clouds overnight. patchy fog. we should stay dry. temperatures in the city gets into the upper 60s out in the suburbs, a little cooler than that. tomorrow, a lot like today. a spotty p.m. thunderstorm or shower. temperature down into the middle 80s or middle 80s or so for highs tomorrow. a lot like today. what about the weekend? we are going to warm it up and drying it out, too. i think there's isolated chance of a thunderstorm on saturday at best. sunday right now looks a little bit warmer and a little bit dryer, too. as a matter of fact, it looks dry on sunday and we are going to keep the temperature on sunday right around 90 for now. that could change. it could be a little bit warmer and certainly once we get to sunday, monday, tuesday, temperatures will be right around 90 to 93. i think that's the trend. we are going warm toward the ladder pt of the weekend. but dry the next couple of days. i think the game tonight, mostly dry. >> all right. thanks gary. have killed michael jackson. they seized it at the jackson residence after he died. there were lot numbers on it. and in this search warrant, they give those lot numbers and they say that they believe that dr. murray yewsed a specific credit card and a fedex number to get it shipped from the vegas pharmacy to los angeles. we don't know what they acally found from the documents. they are vague. it's
