Now, under this bill, an eleven member bipartisan independent commission would be picked by congress, congress would empower that commission to examine the president and determine whether or not he has the physical and mental capability to remain in office. The commission then reports back to congress and then if congress votes, the vicepresident would become acting president upon the completion of that vote tal yivment now tally. Lets be real, the reality here is this, there have signed onto this. Republicans control both houses of congress. There is no chance this could come up for a vote.
