Detectives are asking anyone who think they may have been victimized to contact police. Police have indicted 26 people in connection with the Howard County drug ring. Reporter its a very active scene. What we can say is police chief just spoke to the media. She says the gunman apparently targeted a victim outside big bens liquor store. That gunman fired several shots striking the victim and also three other people. Now, as an officer who was on bike was responding to the scene, that officer was struck by a car that was traveling. All of these victims, were told, had been taken to the hospital. Again, out here on new york avenue and north capitol street. So the three individuals who were struck aside from the victim, they were a apparently bystanders, thats just to give you an idea of how violent the scene turned at three bystanders were apparently struck.
