Just a couple hours ago here at the federal courthouse, prosecutors presented a theme of lies about richmond. Prosecutors said in october of last year, he flew back from ghana and on a lay over in detroit, customs found more than 30,000dollars in his shoe when he said he had 350. The atf started investigating him and claim they saw him take guns to a charlotte storage facility, throw away dozens of gun boxes with the serial number scratched off and agents claim they later found out he had taped 27 firearms and 3,500 rounds of ammunition inside a washer and dryer to be shipped to ghana where guns are illegal. The prosecutors admitted they dont know who the guns are going to and if he was smuggling guns for illegal his attorney countered the lies remain to be seen and the prosecution cant form a basis with unknowns. At the end of the hearing, the judge called the information presented quote, alarming and denied his bond. Some new information today, a teen found with a gun at Piedmont High School in union county will be charged as an adult. Sanchez faces felony possession of a weapon on School Property and drug charges. Yesterday a deputy found two suspicious teens in a car in a School Parking lot. He smelled marijuana then he says he found a 380 caliber handgun and pot in the car. The other suspect is 16 and faces similar charges. In the past 90 minutes. Now, Rock Hill Police told me this all started after a Maintenance Man at the apartments found the six week old puppy with blood all over him at the Wildwood Spring he had been shot 18 times with a bb gun. A Police Officer brought the puppy to ebenezer animal brody. The bbs are still inside of brodys body but they missed major organs and hes expected to recover fully. The vet says this is one of the worst cases of animal abuse hes seen. This is one of the worst acts ive ever seen. And its hard to think that somebody could be capable of doing something to an animal this young and defenseless. Reporter the Maintenance Man told police he saw a group of 15 to 20 kids and young teens playing with the puppy before he found it later on injured. Danielle used a craigs list ad about baby clothing to lure Michelle Wilkins to her home. Wilkins survived. But her baby did not.
