The city says the biggest concentration of outages came this morning when around 500 people lost power due to a problem at the piney forest substation. Utilities worker are hoping to have everyones power restored before the end of today. Last time the city experienced a large number of Power Outages from a winter storm was february 20th last year when around 25 hundred people lost power. In danville, colter anstaett, wsls 10. People in danville arent the only ones without power. A surrounding counties are still in the dark tonight. In all. About 20 thousand customers dont have power.
