Now, according to a report from Business Inside photos extend beyond the marine corps and one facebook group. The site is notorious for posting nude pictures of celebrities, like jennifer lawrence. Theres female Service Members that will being exploited on the website. They have the photos taken from their instagram feed without their consent. This was caught by another driver on his cell phone. It happened on the busy 101 freeway in San Francisco during rush hour. Now, police have the video. What they dont have, are suspects. I have 23103 reporter the pack of unruly dirt bikers, including some on allterrain vehicles popping wheelies, were going down a busy freeway, when they swarmed this white car. Theres 20 vaf involved. Reporter the driver appears to be boxed in by another car. And quickly, up to 15 men, described as a gang on wheels, also surround the vehicle. In video obtained by the San Francisco chronicle, the driver gets out. Hes punched and kicked. A melee on the busy 101, during the evening commute. They smashed his side windows and kicked in his panels. Reporter fearing for his safety, the man who recorded the video does not want to be identified. He helped the driver who was pummeled. His leg was broken. His face was bloodied. He had road rash on his arms. Reporter the Highway Patrol says wednesdays buttal beaddown is not an isolated zinlt. Roving biker groups have caused trouble before. Break laws on bridges, and freeways and city streets. One of the most notorious incidents of road rage happened in new york city. In 2013, a family with children inside this suv, was attacked by a mob after an altercation on the road. The driver here said he thought he was going the die. All 286 pounds of the mighty gorilla, quieted for three hours. She got a ton of ketamine. Reporter experts test her hearing. It is promising to get the test done. Reporter a team of vets, united with experts from childrens hospital. Its not often you have a gorilla on an exam table like this. This would be a first. Reporter the merging of human experts with veterinarians, logical because critically endangered lowland gorillas are much like humans. Kambukas ear canal is just like ours. The same test done on humans. Its run on reporter as with kids who show hearing loss, teams here streamed pulses to kabukas ears. Bursts of sounds that would register on the brain waves if she heard them. If she could hear it, we would expect to see a spike in the brain wave. We dont see that. We just see norm al brain wave activity. Reporter repeated tests at various frequencies, kambuka is deaf. We dont know how long shes had it. Its hard to know. We do Cochlear Implants on humans. The belly fat is made upf you have the under the skin fat. The deeper viz visceral fat thats your risk for diabetes, high cholesterol. Its so close to your internal organize organs. A lot of people do crunches and abs. That will not get rid of the visceral fat. The way you node to get rid of it, hardcore cardiovascular exercise, which is code for weight loss. Work out hard, run, Something Like that. Exactly. For fatburning. The next one the back fat. Okay. Know it well. Is there a risk to it . If i said, where is your core, where do you point to . A lot of people think its just the abdomen. But its also your entire back. You got your trapezius. A weak back or a fat back can result in back pain and poor posture and stress on your spine. Perhaps the fat back is an indicator of an overlying met battic state that can result in weight gain. For your back, you want to go to strength training. You can go to cardiovascular. But you want to concentrate the muscles of the back. Upper and lower back. The spine muscles that stabilize. And you want to build up those. For the thyroid, you might have a low thyroid, constipation, fatigue, cold intolerance, you go see your doctor, health care professional, you get diagnosed. And we advocate exercise for people with low thyroid. Its good for Muscular Health and mood. Were moving on to ankles. Or cankles. Our cankles a serious the short answer is, if its just fat around the ankle, no. But what if that fat is actually fluid. Could that be something indicative of liymph ateam ma. It could be a weakened heart muscle or kidney problems or liver problems. Youre going to get the right diagnosis. Some people have it because their legs are dependant. And we call that insufficiency. You cant get the fluid back up to the heart. If you have fluid on the basis of just that, where its dependent and gravity is pulling it down, lower your salt intake and increase your protein. You keep your legs elevated. If its coming from the heart and other organs, you have to address those. And drink water, too. To flush out. The last one, what do you think . The thig problems with having fat in your thighs . Medical problem or cosmetic . Thats a good question. No problem, technically, with having really . With having fat in the tush or in the lelggs. Thats subcutaneous fat. If you want to tone it, go ahead. Thats not a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. If you want to tone it, this might be turning into an interventi intervention. This is one of your godo dishes, right . I love this. We are making hoisen grilled pork chop. Thats the thickest pork chop ive ever seen. Thats the porter house of pork chops. Its 8 to 9 a pound. You can have something that looks great for not as much money as a beefsteak would cost. Were going to use some ginger, soy sauce, hoison sauce. And leave them around until room temperature. You want your grill nice and hot and indirect heat, as well. You want to put on pepper for me . Heat and move it to the lower heat. Because theyre so thick, they will take some time to cook and you dont want them to dry out. One thing i find is its easy to overcook them. It is easy to overlocook the. Get a meat thermometer. Thats your best friend when cooking meat. Its less about how much time and more about the temperature. A pork chop needs to be 145 degrees to be safe. I usually take it off the grill about 135 and 140 and it will rest and come up. Make a glaze. You can do this outside, as well. If youre going to do it inside, heat up your oven to about 400 degrees. After their seared, youre going to put them in the oven. Okay. We have hoyson sauce here. Theres soybeans, chilies, salt, sweet. Having an ingredient is going the give you a lot of bang for your buc sauce you can use Barbecue Sauce and put in some of the ginger and garlic. Im going to sneak and add a sixth ingredient. We wont tell. Thats sesame oil. Why the es sesame oil . Id adds a lot of extra flavor and it tastes great. After you have seared your pork chop, you want to baste it with this. And you baste while youre cooking . Yes. Towards the end. There is sugar and it will burn if you put it on too early. It smells so good. And i flip it a few times after its been basted and it gets caramelized. A lot of flavor. Thanks for the beer, kately lee. Its a chinese beer. Whats the verdict . Its good. It has a nice flavor. I like the sere on the outside. Thats right. We want the bone down here. I take the bone off and put it under the broiler. And i have that. Thats my prize. Yes. Besides the pork chop, we have delicious sides, too. Were going to have rice with it. Im making a simple steamed rice. One of the keys to getting sometime e steamed rice is to rinse it off first. 2 1 ratio. Put that into the boiling water. I put a little butter in it. Butter makes everything better. Makes everything better. One stir. Turn it down to low. Cover it. About 12 minutes. Then, you turn the heat off, let it sit for five minutes. And then, fluff it with a fork. And you got perfect steamed rice. In addition to the rice, we have snap peas here, as well. Snap peas are coming in season. Springtime. You trim the ends off. These dont have much of a string in them. Your life knife, you can pull it. I saute those or steam them. They come out great. Theyre so sweet. And then, we have our pork chop thats been resting. Look how perfect this is. Why is it important to rest it . The juices redistribute when you let the meat rest and you get a juicier chop. If you cut into it, theyre all going to run it. And look how good that looks. Thats a goodlooking pork chop. Yes. You want to get a bite . I want to get a bite. Get right in there. And if yu have juices left on the board when its been roasting or resting, just brush it on the pork chop. Thats perfectly cooked, versus mine, which are always just a little pork doesnt need to be cooked to well done. Thats fantastic. The hoyson sauce. Katie lee, thank you.
