The rain and wind proving deadly in victorville, crews discovered a person dead in a car submerged on a flooded road. A 55yearold man was killed, electrocuted, when a tree downed several power lines falling on top of his car. Southern california littered with trees from gusts up to 80 miles an hour. At one point during the night, nearly 155,000 customers in los angeles with no power. Gushing water careened down streets and overturning cars and causing a washout.
