The dog kept barking and barking and barking and nobody came and then the man just blacked out, passed out. And the dog was howling and a neighbor it got the neighbors attention. Like danger, danger like hes gone. Mourning. So the hospital released a statement. The neighbor heard and sent help for him. Bob survived this because of the golden retriever kelsey and we have more good news. Bob has been discharged and is in physical therapy, able to walk 40 steps with a walker yesterday. Im going to do a version of an alfredo sauce which usually has heavy cream and parmesan but its dairy free and you dont feel like youre cheating. And you dont feel like youre missing out . You dont. Its crazy. Well put you to the test. We have our list of ingredients over here. In this pot, some shallots and garlic we start off with and then just raw cashews, a little bit of salt. And then water. And you boil this for like 30 minutes to make the cashews soft. You want to use raw cashews instead of the toasted ones because they taste a little bit more nutty. If you do it like this it just tastes creamy and light and the illusion that youre eating alfredo sauce. So youll blend it. How did you come up with this . Theres a whole bunch of vegan recipes out there that do substitutions. And i wanted to do somethi people like to eat that way. Hoda always has to. Blend it really, really well and you get something that comes out about like this. Okay. Which is very much like alfredo sauce. Then for this pasta dish, i want to season it with a little bit of chili flakes, some salt. With the tails on. Or you can take them off. I think they are decorative. I like the tails on. You cook them for its a personal choice. Go with it. So cook them for two or three minutes on each side and they come out like this. Then well use orchietti pasta. So you dump that in the sauce. And then your shrimpies like this. And im going to put in some asparagus. And then you toss it its not hard to do. Its just boil it, puree it and its simple. Hoda makes me a bite. She loves me. I do.
