Reporter well, people who were on the scene say that the man and woman who were rescued there the basement, that they they had just moved to the area and they have to be very happy that they have such concerned and involved neighbors. Because it may have saved their life last night. A fire was burning on the upper floors and a man and woman were trapped down in the basement. The windows were covered with metal so they were quite literally trapped in that basement. Two neighbors realized what was going organization that the residents in there, that they could not get out. That thats when they grabbed a chain and truck and they quite literally pulled the metal bars off of the win do is. And that is when they rescued the residents that were in that basement.
